Traffic in NB is a real problem due to rapid growth. Electricity/utilities are inflated by adding a lot of extra fees on to the usage. Property taxes are high. Before moving to NB all of this should also be considered. So yes, not everything is rosy in NB.
Builders are building new homes in the Veramendi subdivision. It's close to town (on Loop 337). The Veramendi subdivision will have frontage on both sides of River Road and over 1 mile of Guadalupe River frontage.
look for that video coming up in 2021 forrestmc. I make sure to take families to several different communities during their first trip here. Many like the Veramendi vibe! That place is shaping up to be pretty amazing with all it will have to offer.
The prices they're paying, a lot in cash...is increasing prices. That's because they're competing with the regional and local buyers too. With a shortage of homes.
Thank YOU for watching. There's a lot of things in play. NB is a resort town, and those natural resources the rivers, outdoor, our schools and shopping make it attractive. So, we're a little more insulated from other markets' issues. But this has been a unique year, and the government will have to get a hold on any upcoming foreclosures b/c people out of work, or else we'll have more inventory which always brings prices down. Not a bad thing for buyers who are having a difficult time in this low inventory market. More coming up, stay tuned!
Have you reached out to your builder? They'll have the best idea. I can only speak for our families because I'm in touch with builder and construction manager. I'd reach out to your builder
Thank You for your response! Different contractors are giving slight different forecasted completion dates and was unsure if this is due to material shortage or if it could be related the each builder contractor set backs.

@@raadalawanrealtor sadly yes. Peple move hear from California or places much like it. They leave for a reason. They are looking for something better. When they get here instead of embracing the difference they were looking for, they set out recreating what they left. I remember clearly when it started. First was the "Jeremy Toth" incident. He and his mother moved to Boerne. He was in 8th or 9th grade. He also had a "rat tail", the long piece of braided hair in the back. Now this Toth family was out to save Boerne by changing this archaic dress code. For someone going into contract in June would you happen to know what is the forecasted time for completion?
