VIETNAM Easy-Rider to the iconic RICE TERRACES of HA GIANG HOANG SU PHI by ADEYTO

Another Dream Destination are the beautiful layered rice fields of Vietnam, they are built on mountain slopes and provide for a stunning landscape, especially as they ripen in September-October. The best area to see them in Vietnam is the distant Ha Giang province and we went to the most spectacular area near the border with China, Hoang Su Phi!! The area is under huge construction and it is accordingly hard to get there, only possible on a motorcycle and best is to have a local expert Easy Rider to drive you there ! Lucky to have our guide HA who drove very safe and had much fun! Many episodes to come!

I just read that a scientist lived for almost a year underwater and as a result of that his Telomeres extended and there was some process of him becoming younger from living underwater, which probably has some pressure on the body, maybe you can find it in the news 😊
