Dr. Abhishek Neelam Nandkishor Satam is a distinguished biologist and Education and Public Relations Officer IC at Veermata Jijabai Bhosale Botanical Garden and Zoo, also known as Ranichi Baug. With 18 years in the environmental field, he has worked with prestigious government institutions like the Environment Department of Maharashtra, Zoological Survey of India, and National Institute of Oceanography. An international award-winning wildlife photographer, Dr. Abhishek is also known for his world records in art and his extensive collection dedicated to Sachin Tendulkar. He founded "HarshAbhi Creations," promoting eco-friendly festival products, and holds a 2nd DAN black belt in Karate. Dr. Abhishek emphasizes the role of modern zoos in biodiversity conservation and education, highlighting naturalistic animal exhibits and conservation initiatives. His photography showcases Mumbai’s marine life, underscoring the impact of pollution and the resilience of marine creatures amidst environmental challenges.
