Mohammad Khan cheers mate. EFS is very good quality. The only reason I didn't consider it for the springs was the lower load rating and 5mm less height hehe. I'll be sorting out the snorkel hopefully in the near future and will be making a video for sure. Yea I'm very pleased with my bash plate. I have a video about it and a few more mods in my channel.
Hello there, Hey man, good video and info! Are the original springs much lower than the ironmans you bought? What I mean is, when buying those springs, do you get the extra height from the stiffness or also from the springs being actually higher? I ask you that because I bought some Pedders Lifted Springs for my xtrail, and they do not look much higher than the original ones (maybe 1 to 2 cm higher). I will have to pay someone to replace the springs for me, and I don't want to end up with a minimal difference and a big hole in my pocket. Cheers!
Daniel Luna thanks mate. The ironman springs are 35mm or just under 1.5 inches higher than original springs. I believe the pedders springs are 30mm. The ironman springs are stiffer than the pedders as well. In fact, their the stiffest lifted springs you can get so it doesnt sag that much when loaded.
Thank you for replying! Have you heard of the Pedders Trakryder Lifted? Or have you seen what they can do lift-wise? I tried to go for the Ironmans, but they are not available for the t32 and onwards.
Daniel Luna yea no worries. I heard of that. They are good quality. They are 5mm less height than the ironman. Yes ironman dont do springs for t32. I reckon that would be the highest/best option for your t32.
Would you please put the part numbers for the struts? What shocks did you use in the rear? Do you think this spring lift could be paired with a spacer lift so long as the total lift height is under 50mm? Have you had to add lower control arm blocks or are all your suspension mods just in the Springs/Struts/Shocks? how has ABS line routing been affected?
What are the specs for the original struts and coil springs for the T-30 Nissan X-Trail. I want to restore mine as close to its original condition as possible. I am also trying to acquire the complete exhaust system and under carriage covering for the front.
Same engine as mine. Really depends on the condition of the engine mate. Get it thoroughly checked by a good mechanic and see if you can get it compression tested as well. These engines generally last long but there are a lot of variables especially historical maintenance.

Hello, I currently have 225 70 16 tires on my Nissan and I want to make a lift kit (ironman spring +50mm). I am wondering if I can install these springs on a standard shock absorber?
I just got my X Trail T30 and want to turn it into an offroader. Would a 50mm lift kit, roof rack, awning, and (maybe) ladder up to the roof rack be good?
For 4wding, 50mm lift, AT tyres and bash plate or skid plate and diff breathers is all you need. The rest are optional extras depending on what else you want to do with it.

hi there, i'm in the midst of getting a spacer to lift up my T30. what is the recommended height for spacer? is 50mm too much for the spacer and absorber to handle? how about stability when using a spacer to lift up?
You dont need to replace shocks with 50mm spacer. Stability is ok. People have mixed results with it. Some say they're ok some say they replace cv more often. If you really need maximum height then go for it. If you dont want to risk replacing cv more often then go for something less. I have 35mm lifted springs and 235 70 16 tyres.

@@farizfadzil4818 yes you can go 50mm with standard springs. The centre of gravity will obviously increase so the more saggy your existing springs are the more body roll youll expect.
