This works best if you play the same music while you work on your own car. It has an uplifting happy tone which will help your X-Trail learn to be happier.
@@jendroscreation I did all that, but I did find that if the idle is running a bit high the relearn won't work. I tried a number of times. Timings were spot on. I gave it to the workshop this morning so they can complete the relearn and clear fault codes with scan tools. I gave it a good shot but now I'll be out of pocket $80 :(

If surging after a throttle body cleaning. Get the engine up to operting temp. Start the motor, turn on the a/c, fan on full, also turn on the rear defrost and the idle will also set itself again, takes about 20 seconds.

Hi good video, I have relearned a few times on my 2006 xTrail. I am still having an idle between 1600-2000 RPM in Park & Neutral. When I’m in gear it runs fine. No hunting RPM’s whatsoever. Do you have any advice?
Jendros Creation man trust me i did it perfectly. The MIL turns on, blinks, then goes solid. Wait three seconds & crank. I watched another video where he unhooks two coil & does the relearn. I did it his way. It relearned the idle, but when I plug them back in it does the same thing. Is it possible my idle air valve is plugged?
High themperature? -Check both Fan and check the blow direction -Check the coolant, Radiator Cap, Water Pump, Thermostat, and the Radiator -Check the head gasket When the engine cool, open the Radiator Cap and run the engine, after ± 15 minutes try to hit the accelerator pedal and check the water flow in the Radiator, if it not flow fast means you have problem with the cooling system.

@@amazeingdudi4199 coba di idle learning dlu aja Step 1 dan 2 dalam kondisi mesin dingin. Step 3, panaskan mesin sampai suhu ideal lalu matikan, matikan semua kelistrikan termasuk tutup pintu, lalu mulai step 3 (learning). Kalau berhasil rpm akan balik normal.

@@jendroscreation Fair enough. This idle relearn didn't work for my 2006 XTrail. My idle rises between 1500 to 2000 revs.

Minimum error from the relay (blue relay/throttle motor relay) from the relay box

I have a bit of rough idle on D/R...very smooth on P/N.... Almost like the rpms are a bit low
V belt and tensioner, mostly the vbelt.
VBelt QR engine for T30 standard 6pk2247, use smaller 6pk2245 or 6pk2240

I think still not clear for the re-learning, use stop watch much better and until the engine light is blinking

@@Pskawt re-check the coin of throttle body, check the pedal sensor (careful on the adjuster), torn air hose inlet

Di scan ulang spy tau masih ada atau ngak errornya, kalau dah di solving tinggal hapus errornya, baru bisa learning idle
