Fire the laser into a box with a static electric field it and the photons create higher powered electrons and then produce lower powered photons that can then just be reflected around inside the box until nothing is left but the laser would create a steady flow of photons constantly boosting the electrons. I just now came up with this reading articles and asking questions on Google. So we could theoretically build a solar box that the entire inside is constantly scattering photons charging electrons . You then have a system to recapture the higher charged electrons. Just a thought what's your feedback?
