De-Escalation Workshop - MAG Human Services Transportation Workshops

This workshop, presented and developed by Gompers, discusses information on how to recognize when a challenging behavior may occur in the vehicle. It will also provide tips, and suggest ways to handle conflict with passengers by discussing ways to de-escalate the situation to help ensure safety. This course provides proactive and preventative strategies to support people who may display behavioral challenges.
