I wish I was 30 years younger and healthy, I would dedicate my life for free to the care of these WONDERFUL animals.. I mean, LOOK at those faces and eyes! To die for!!
I love Orangutans,Monkeys, donkeys, horses, dogs, chickens, pigs, sheep, wolves, cats, rabbits and every other non-human and human animal.I wish we can all learn to live together, respect, protect, appreciate and admire each other regardless of the size, colour, gender, looks, language and country. We are born here for no choice or fault of our own. Each one of us can stop speciesism for good…if we pretend to know better we must do better.
I can only imagine that they are suppose to hang onto their mothers for like the first 8 years. They seem like they don't know what to do. I'm glad they are cared for. They look happy. lol
Exposing Liars I have been watching a lot of documentaries and reading up and their babies stay close to on mom for the first three yrs. The baby daughter leaves her mom and can become pregnant at that age.
@@tammymccord629 that is absolutely NOT true..they certain cannot become pregnant at 3 nor do they leave their mothers while that young...at 3 they are still babies--toddlers. I would definitely double check my info if I were you before I started passing along false information to others...plus..it kinda makes you look fairly unintelligent!!
@@tammymccord629 Offspring stay with the mother orangutan for up to 8 years and will stay near the mother even if the mother has another baby. The 3 year old orangutans are not getting pregnant or giving birth.
It's heartbreaking that all these babies have lost their mothers to the razing of land for Palm oil plantations. It is akin to genocide considering how closely we are related.
whats's sad is that to the people in charge it doesn't matter if there were native tribes living on the lands desired by palm oil corps they'd still be slaughtered even if a chief went straight to the new york times and told them his people are being killed so fatasses can eat candy and drink soda.
Sylvester Mergatroid Yes we can call that a genocide. Compared with the orangutans we can see that humans are very noisy. These babies are so quite and so gentle with their lovely eyes.
I swear these babys are humans just dressed in funny and furry costumes. I just CAN NOT wrap my head around a 100% human, being so very cruel and harming these precious treasures. Rather it's physically, mentally, emotionally, or all of the above, in any way. Someone who does, is lower than the lowest of creatures. I'm thinking snake right now. That makes me sad. But Their lovable sweetness and funny playfullness cheers me up again. I swear to everything Holy if I had the finances I would have my own orangutan sanctuary. Provide a caring, loving and learning environment for them. Teach them the ways of their kind before them. Then with a sad, but joyful heart, wave good-bye as they return to the jungle from once they came, where they've always belonged and a prayer for a life full of happiness! God bless our primates!🙏🐒🌳💖🌿🐵🌸🌺🌳🍉🍎🍑🍓🍌🍌🍌🍌😁
I just noticed this particular video is 12 Yrs. Old!!!! Is the Sanctuary/school still progressing strongly for these baby Orangutans 🦧. I dearly hope so particularly when you are made aware of the damned Palm Oil trade tearing the guts out of their forest homes.
So many orphaned babies, it's heartbreaking. I've stopped using all products containing Palm oil. Once I started looking for it I was shocked to find it everywhere!!
Yup, this is how you prepare orphaned Orangutans for release back into the wild! They'll be all nice and fat for the countless predators out there, to rip them apart in the first 5 minutes! Why would you "salute" these people? They're simply exploiting these animals for money, and they're no different than the poachers that caused them to be there in the first place! Compare this facility to one that actually cares about getting them back into the wild where they belong. They would never allow this stupidity to take place. They prevent contact with humans as much as possible, and they sure as hell don't allow outsiders, with their countless diseases to interact with them like this! A simple virus we are resistant to, could transfer to these apes, then into the truly wild population, and wipe out hundreds of them! I know seeing them like this is heart warming, and they're so damn cute and loveable when they're babies, however, we're all so ignorant when it comes to doing what's best for them. They aren't a very nice anima to have around when they're fully grown, and even more so when they've been spoiled rotten like these ones! They don't show any footage of how they behave when they don't get what they want, and it doesn't take much to send them into a complete meltdown!
Gli orangutan hanno un aspetto e un atteggiamento simpatico, sono buoni, docili, vederli stare fermi insieme su di una carriola che aspettano! Troppo cari!
Gosh there are so many! I was hoping things were turning for the best in the wild for orangutans. Apparently not. Bless those who care for them and bless the orangutans and all wildlife 🙏🕊️♥️

Again, thank you for helping these poor unfortunate animals. How does someone from the US help you? I would love to do what I can. Explain how. Please, so adorable!
You are an amazing person Mrs. Foster. I believe the sanctuary is located in Indonesia and they have official website : orangutan.or.id There's a section on the website explaining of how you can support the cause. I Thank you for your love for the orangutan, because orangutan is our pride and beloved animal here in Indonesia.
There is one thing I do not agree with humans keeping animals in cages or even Zoo , for example if there is a lion in Zoo they don't have enough space to have their territory which is probably 10 miles or more , having animals in the zoo is wrong and they keep them there for the entertainment . They should put them self in the zoo..
The orang utan were displaced when huge tracks of land were cleared for palm oil plantations. These are all juveniles. What happened to the adult orang utans who gave birth to these juveniles.
Seeking for mother's love...these cute and intelligent babies hug this lady to get some love and warmth from her....that is so sad, that these precious baby se perated from their mother.....they dont deserve these cruelty....

Grown male orangutans are actually quite territorial and aggressive. The mothers and babies are usually rather docile. Wild orangutans tend to be conpletely solitary for most of their life, excluding mates and children.

That orangutan cuddling the blonde lady it's cute but it makes me sad at the same time it's like they're trying to get that affection that they would have gotten from their real mother. Its was funny how she pinched her husband's arm.
