"Done well they're delicious, done poorly, they're still OK" lol, my kind of cooking, I'm going to give it a shot. I just found one of these WSM 18" smokers by the dumpsters where I work like new, score! Thanks for the tips
Glad it was helpful! Just get out there - practice and have fun. I am planning to smoke a few ribs tomorrow that we were lucky enough to find at the store.
Is there a substitute for apple cider vinegar spritz? I am ready to start my first smoker grill tomorrow morning and I saw from the video that you need an apple cider vinegar spritz. Thanks.
Certainly - you can use many things to add the moisture.... Apple Juice, Coke, even plain water. Just be sure to spray it - don't pour it on. Good luck and have fun!!

Major score on that find! These smokers are great and easy to use. Enjoy your "new" smoker!
Great video. Very simply stated with explanations that leave the rookie smokers (myself) at ease. Thanks

Thanks! Made some just last weekend and shared them with some friends and neighbors - nothing like smoked ribs to make people happy...

Thank you for a great video. What smoking wood if any did you use?
Thanks! I like to use apple wood or post oak when smoking ribs.

Don't forget to let the ribs rest for 30-60 minutes before you cut them up!
