What a good idea to start an engine that has oil like tar in the sump! Also amazing how good the gas was in the car and fuel lines!...been standing for years?
Heavy metals, dangerous chemicals off gassing and not a respirator or even a filter mask in sight. I feel for these guys' health and well-being in the long run.
I can't explain it right but, it gives me a mental cramp knowing the original owner went to the trouble of rebuilding that original 307, put on a nice dual exhaust with H pipe and headers then kept the 2 barrel and 2 speed. He might have wanted to keep that Camaro if he'd put a 3 or 4 speed auto and ANY available 4 barrel intake with a reasonable carburetor to match. Not looking to be judgy just sayin I'm amazed. Look at the trouble that went in to making the paint and interior look awesome! Skipping the other performance parts was a choice they made ha.

If that is a matching numbers motor why would you change it out for the 427
I am a purist.
Because it’s just a 307 if I had ut i definitely put something better in it along with a 5spd so you could put a steep gear in the back
I agree, I’d rather they just rebuild and supercharge the stock motor
