I believe that is the new Amati contrabassoon ABN 37, which I think is the only modern long-model contrabassoon made, apart from period instrument replicas.

They're playing with A @ 415hz, basically baroque period. So not flat at all. That's a classical contrabassoon. Look up the video on them from the "instruments of the age of enlightenment" channel.
