Lol, that was a waste of time.
How?
Thats pretty much everything that samsung tells you to do
Utterly useless in every single way.
Dr obvious over here ... Click bate
I started getting the moisture error message right after the last update. I've use 3 different charging cables that I know never got wet and I know my phone never got wet and yet I got that error message. I even blew out the post and cable with a hair dryer on cool so as to not heat up the phone. I still get the error message. I even cleaned out both with a paper towel. I turned off the phone and it did what you showed the circle going up to the level of charge and then started charging the phone but yet when it was on I had the error message. I am going to try to clear the cash in the morning. I subscribed and hit the bell.
My s10 just started doing this
You should probably unsubscribe 🤣 this guy is clickbate, especially if all his videos are this useless.
This is literally a known current issue and it's software driven, not hardware. Not water. Not dust. They'll probably address it with the stable android 13/OneUI 5 update coming later this month (all important sources say end of October for S22 and S21 devices, November and end of year for older top shelf devices and early next year for budget supported phones) waiting roughly an hour usually helps me - that's where I know 100% it isn't actually moisture - never has that warning gone away in an hour when my phone's ACTUALLY been wet.
I wouldn't use paper towels in the charger port either. Paper towels can create static. Charging ports are metal contacts directly connected to the motherboard/battery. Static and motherboards/LiPo/LiOn batteries do NOT like eachother 🤷♂️
Just my two cents.
@@Lord_Pistachio_Nut I did not know that, that. I did unsubscribed. I used a soft plastic floss pick to clean out some fine dirt. And that fixed it. It wasn't wet but dirty.
@Datrebor there ya go! I was going to suggest that for you too lol. I also like the plastic toothpicks - the ones that are shaped just like the wooden ones, not the fancy sword looking ones, they're too thick lol. I use to be a welder and have a tip cleaner that has like 13 different sized little rods on it made out of non conductive metal, those work fantastic if the port is real grimy. They're super cheap too!
I'm glad you got it sorted out!
Apparently there's also an issue with the October security patch that causes some phones to throw a false warning but Samsung is aware and working on it for the next update. 13 should be hitting phones in the next 2-3 weeks which should fix pretty much any weird issues. Just some little tips and info I've gathered lately lol!
@@Lord_Pistachio_Nut Thank you.
I wiped both the phone and charging plugs, unfortunately I don't have any charge left on my phone to try the other stuff. Now what?
It worked on me
Thanks man
Nothing worked🤣
My phone is now 30% and counting down
any news? T_T
@@pajokamikaze I asked the official Samsung store and one idiot branch in Mall A directed me to this repair shop that repaired it by like opening up my phone, heating it cuz it was "moist" and it worked... Till the problem came back the next day morning.
Went to Mall B samsung branch and they directed me to the official Samsung repair shop in the area. Didn't know that and I plan to go to it tomorrow
How you fixed your prone
@@pajokamikaze Sorry for the late reply! Went to some unofficial repair shop and they simply replaced the USB port easily in like 1-2hrs. Easy fix but they accidentaly messed with the antennae connection to the SIM cards so I cant send text messages or use mobile data so make sure your repair shop offers you a warrant :)
It is now fixed! Repaired it NOT in the Samsung repair but some other random repair shop I know. Easily looked at it, and simply replaced the USB port in 1-2hours (had to get spare parts). Just make sure your repair shop offers you a warrant because mine accidentally messed with the antennae of the phone which connects to the SIM so I can charge now but cant use mobile data, calls, or text. So good enough, with the warrant the fixed it quick and easy.
Also better results because I discovered Samsung repair protocol is to factory reset the phone after repairs
What a waste. If your hands are dirty you should wash them before you eat
please make your video short, to the point. Your advices do not working anyway
no working
Useless suggestions....
Waste of time video. This can be because of a fault and can have nothing to do with moisture. Sometimes you also get the phone is charging message when it is not even plugged in, so clearly a hardware or software fault.
I'm sorry but this is not fix is just the procediment when your phone get wet ou dirty by some reason.
I believe the most part of people who came here is to fix a moisture bug in Samsung devices.
You got 202k subscribers. Waste.
fake nothing worked
that is a weird looking iphone
Congratulations for this vid!
