Your partners fall into well-described in sources trap of holding sword too high when parrying, thats why they get hit with mittels. I may be easy to fix - all they need is to loosen up a bit and look less after your weapon, since this makes them to move their sword much too early.
Right guy (on the start) really needs to commit into thrusts. Left guy got him like that multiple times, but when having opportunity, right one decides to do more swings. And you can see by the way his body moves he's not entertaining the idea and then giving up, but didn't plan on transitioning into thrush while controlling the opponents blade. Still quality sparring, but right one really needs to work on his thrusts, both parrying and delivering them.
