I like a composite of all of them. The first measure of Eric's, bars 4&5 of Dadisi's, and the last 2 bars of Stevens. Eric's rim click section is really cool.

I have fond memories of marching top bass my junior year of high school. only year I was part of a marching drumline. the other two guys were still in middle school at the time. I felt like I was the only one really understanding any of the Miss Saigon music we were doing. The other two weren’t picking it up anywhere near as quickly as I was. some of the harder parts had to be changed to make them easier like changing a run to a unison part among other things. Those other two guys became much better drummers than me and both are still good friends of mine to this day 21 years later. my favorite memories from that year are during high school band class. I was the only bass drum in high school, so I would setup all three bass drums and play through each song by myself as originally written like it was nothing. Good times, man. good times.

It's a 5/4 bar with "sextuplets", really 16th notes inside of 8th note triplets, on the first 2 beats. This leaves 3 beat remaining, each with a triplet on them. The easiest way to think about the 32nd note part would be to take away the doubled notes on each drum, resulting in the same rhythm as the first 2 beats. One the sextuplets are clean, you add in the upbeat 32nds and you have beats 4, 5 and 6 (They actually rep it like this at one point in the video). Those 3 beats could also be thought of as a sextuplet inside of every 8th note.
