WW is same power lvl like liu che, he doesn't have aoe but he is rhe same power lvl and high priority invest like li che. I'm cav main but that dude is sick

With the smite talent the active skill is a 2400+300 with a 90 rage deduction
Without battle testing, I can’t justify investing in WW when I have Liu/Alex and Guan/Skippy.
If you care about reducing enemy rage then ww is too op

ww’s 3rd skill is same leo’s active skill. It does not boost all aoe damage.
So liu does not have to be primary.

Does apply but its not boosting the whole aoe, only 1 of X targets will receive increased dmg you can see that in reports
