Some painful memories of the time I decided to replace the paper gaskets on the intake manifold of my GTR while the engine was still in...never again. Fantastic vid as usual. Thumbs up.
I was thinking the same thing taking this apart on the engine stand. The access to the lower rear plenum nuts to me seems more challenging than in car turbo removal.

This video was very informative to me. I would of been the guy to spray my throttle bodies with brake cleaner and mess up that seal so it doesn't run right. Thanks for the heads up.
Damn.. Nismo intake manifold makes 2hp+ for $2500 hp. That's some bullshit.

Just yesterday in DSMtuners we were digging up pictures to show a guy in Portugal how many teeth on the timing belt between the timing marks on this sprocket and that sprocket - stuff like that all the time.
Hey josh when I put my inlet side back together it took me 4 hours because it had been apart for 3 years so I had to go through lots of photos

can you explain to me what the rectangular rail is for that sits above the ITBs?
Always enjoy your content. Really good build man. Any advice on where to go for a front left axle for the gtr? Striking out online, unless you've heard good things about aftermarket ones. So many options, but not seeing much as for reviews, or anything really.
I am not sure about aftermarket ones. I know that Trust Kikaku in Japan has really nice rebuild ones for a decent price.

My ITB’s are sticky. What would I need to replace did I didn’t want to take everything apart? Thanks
I would reach out to Remade in USA and have them redo them for you. Lots of the big shops, UP Garage, Tommy Fyeah, Dustin Williams all use Remade in USA ITB's. Once you have your ITB's off and inspected. I would send them some pictures and aske their advise. I am not the expert on rebuilding those. I paid to have mine done. Well worth the money and it looks amazing. Good luck sir!
