OK, i've been out of the loop for a while now on Axis of Awesome and I noticed something very different about them. Is Lee bald now?

I liked the song, but they all sounded a bit crappy in this, especially Jordan. I think she stood a bit too close to the microphone.
hmm... So you know when rich people eat nasty food, but it's so expensive they have to buy it anyway to prove there superiority? This is how this song made me feel.

Copyright is kind of fuzzy on the Olympics in terms of branding. You can't use the Olympic words or any variation thereof in terms of selling stuff or advertising for commercial business. In terms of parody/fair use I think there's some leeway (see also Stephen Lynch's song "Special Olympics"). The logo in the thumbnail is used factually, as in as a "message for Olympians" it would be used to refer to the Olympians and not the band itself, the same way it would be used for a vlog or news report, and thus not legally speaking "appropriated" for profit.
Also, if you get stopped by the cops in Amsterdam, it's IL-legal for them to search you. I mean, that's a right cops in Amsterdam DON'T have.
