Chris...because people really don't care. The people who have the issue are the ones accusing everyone else of having an issue. Even the terms "transphobic" and "homophobic" are ridiculous. The definition of phobia is 'extreme, irrational fear'. So people who don't agree with the trans agenda being pushed on everyone are automatically labeled extreme and irrational. Which is just wrong..factually and objectively ...wrong.

OK so I have spent the past ten years it seems occasionally pulling up the 2009 Melbourne International Comedy Festival appearance of the Chords Song. It is one of my go to comedy songs that cheers me up no matter what. Comedy gold. Only tonight have I thought to look for other Axis material. And so only tonight have I found this. I thought it was a wind up and a brilliantly acerbic cut at intolerance. Then I googled it and found out Jordan was in fact trans. That put it in a new light. This performance, this song and the lyrics and delivery is better in most ways than the Chords song. It is scintillating and cuts like a scalpel. Just absolutely comedy mastery of a topic that is so touchy it seems. God I am so impressed. Well done AoA for this display of utter badassery.

So glad finally someone drew some attention to that issue. I can so relate to that and finally, finally I can feel a little more secure now, knowing that there are celebrities now that actually stand by what they truly are and don't try to hide or mask it.
Back when Elton John got his hair job I felt very insecure, feeling like I should probably do the same and continue to live a lie, knowing that it would only be fake, knowing that I would be lying to myself and others, but now I can finally say no to the rug I have been pondering.
I'm bald. And I'm proud. I dare to say it loud now, and Lee, thank you!
Oh, and grats to Jordan, too, for becoming who she really is. Jordan, you're an awesome looking woman.

"Truly" is a huge subject. If you want to go all the way, then everybody is truly God. 😉

    Only.

I think it's just disgusting. As it says in Leviticus 21:5 "'They shall not make any baldness on their heads, nor shave off the edges of their beards, nor make any cuts in their flesh." What a freak!

Greetings from America! My Australian best friend sent me this video. I just wanted to say that this is such A++ content, it perfectly shows how ridiculous people's reactions to transitioning are. I wanted to say you're all extremely beautiful and great singers and I'm so glad you're doing you without shame. Thanks for your lighthearted take on the matter, this topic gets me down a lot.

What made this video even better for me was that, while scrolling through the video list, I actually did notice and double-take that Lee was bald before noticing that Jordan is now a woman.
So glad Jordan realized that she is Awesome no matter what. AoA is the best, and I am glad to see there is now one more successful female comedian/musician in this world.

I wanna preface this by saying: I have nothing against bald people. If you wanna be bald, go be bald, all power to you. But parading your disgusting scalp around, waving it everyone's faces? I mean what if a kid watches this? Are they supposed to think it's cool to be bald? Again, nothing against bald people, I'm an ally, I have several bald friends. But do you know what they do when they go to a wedding? They wear a toupee. Do what you want in the comfort of your own home, but please be appropriate and considering in public!!

A lot of kids will be bald one day, it's genetic, not a choice. Seeing a bald man in public will help them see that who they are is okay. This might save their lives.
