The Tekhelet Interviews - Rav Shabtai Rappaport - Q10 - Question on Process

Q10 was a question on the process - ultraviolet/ultrasound, and continuous research in terms of best impregnating the wool and how Halachically acceptable these practices can be, and how Ptil is always trying to better the process so it's acceptable by all.
