    INGREDIENTS 🔻: (24x11 cm mould)
    • 2 eggs
    • pinch of salt
    • 100 g of sugar
    • 80 ml seed oil
    • 100 ml of milk
    • 100 g of vanilla yogurt
    • lemon or lemon zest flavouring
    • 180 g of 00 flour
    • 12 g baking powder
    • 50 g of raisins
    • almond granules

    Con che si può sostituire lo yogurt

      Si può fare anche senza lo yogurt. Io però non metterei comunque lo yogurt alla vaniglia ecc . perché ci sono troppi zuccheri aggiunti. Meglio quello bianco naturale e poi ci si aggiunge la vaniglia, o l'estratto di vaniglia..a piacere. In più se si desidera fare una torta veramente light, a quasi zero impatto glicemico e calorico, al posto dello zucchero si può usare l' eritritolo, che è un dolcificante naturale estratto dal mais, uguale allo zucchero bianco ma che dolcifica leggermente meno dello zucchero, quindi bisogna metterne un pochino di più. In più non ne altera assolutamente il sapore .
