Thanks again Ronnie! I can't stand getting a groove going, thinking my solo is done, then the guitarist gives me the...'keep going' nod...and I have to try and connect something to what I was doing. This is a great situation for an over improv mistake. Thanks for keeping me motivated and learning new skills. It is SO appreciated!

Really like what you had to say. I'm taking notes on the whole thing and taking a page outta yer book! Especially about keeping in the pocket and finding that groove. Staying simple allows you to build what you want to say in a song. Also, a lot of the great harp players actually keep many of their liks deceptively simple, building what they want say over the course of the song and even the performance!

GREAT RONNIE! That was a big help. Because of that leson I Just playd a halfway decent solo using my own licks over that groove for the first time. I usually choke on that rocky stuff. Although I love listening to some of the better blues based R+R, I could never figure out how to play over that kind of groove before. Blues rhumba is another tough one (for me at least!). Hope to be doin your online class in feb. You look a litle tired. Eat 2 beers drink a pizza and get a good nites sleep

I just met a guy on Nijmegen CS at the piano, and gave him Ronnie Shellist as a Tip for learning bluesharmonica. If he reads this send me a pm message. Low chance that he's reading this, but still.
