Being on the high school wrestling team for 4 years most definitely changed my life for the good, great, and best of my life and has had the most positive of impacts on my life since along with everything else I do.
Ive done wrestling since 3rd grade and have worked out since 4th didnt start going hard on the weights till 7th grade im a beast not to be cocky i do track as well

I was the only Latin greaser in a school where most kids liked hip hop or pop, and the fact that I was a good student made me the target of bullies, to jocks or thugs pushing me around or messing up my hair because it made them laugh. I used to get bullied. Until I fought back. I was totally confused when the bully was crying with a busted lip because I didn't think I could fight. Don't be afraid to hit back. They're gonna hit you either way. People pick on people they think won't fight back. When you fight back the bullying stops.
I did that once and lost the two fights I got in, but the first time the other guy cheated and got loads of his friends to gang up on me and he chickened out. The second time I hit him but he hit me in the head so I got hit harder and it sucked.
I am a lover of books...so I was a natural target for low life bully types. Most of 'em were physical, I could outsmart 'em or just ignore 'em, they got bored eventually. I only ever had to throw a punch at one bully.. wasn't mine, it was a punk who thought it was fun to push a girl I was crazy about into a holly bush. I had watched way too much Marlon brando. The emotional/ mental bully I had to tolerate was this other punk, I had a hair trigger temper in my teens. How I kept my mates I don't know. This punk frequently pushed my buttons in maths and English, right under the teacher's noses to the point where I would snap, scream at the teachers and storm out. They were powerless, his mama had money, mine didn't, he could hide behind "behavioral issues!" Guy was a grade a asshole and my one regret is misdirecting my anger at the teachers. These days, someone tries to upset me, I just laugh it off, I got my greasing, I got my mates, my crew, I don't need them bringing me down!

Nice video madman. I was bullyed for years at middleshcool in Norway. The bullys used the fact that i dressed other and was other than the rest and the fact that i dint have any friends against me. Both fyssical and mental. I had conversations with teacher and wath not but nothing helped, it just went on and on. Nothing changed before i started in highshool and found out who i am and started standig up for my selves, just as you said in the video. I think the fact that you need to stand up, and dont just take over you all the crap they are giving you, making you a victim is really important. And i learned that eventually. Madman I’m a small guy, real short and skinny not super strong, any tips on how to feel more confident as a beginner greaser? Or how to be a little more intimidating as a short guy? Sometimes it’s just tricky to feel tough and badass
I was being slowly bullied at work for not wearing a face rag. And no one else outside of work has bugged me about not wearing a face rag, I wear a face shield. When my job was closed to the public wearing my face sheild was no big deal. Once my job opened for the public, the work guidelines said a face cloth needs to be worn if you can't be within 6 ft of someone, I have a costumer service job. And I have allergies, the face rag bothers me, my throat gets raw, nose runs, and my voice goes horse. And I brought this to the manager's attention and she insisted I wear the face rag, even though I also pointed out it says in the work guidelines the face covering has to cover ones nose and mouth, my face shield does all that. And so I knew the only way to fight this and not make myself ill. I went and got a doctors note, I emailed it to the manager and the disabilities officer. And I knew if I only gave the manager my doctors note she'd totally trash it. And now thanks to my quick thinking, I no longer need to wear the face rag all day long. And I still wear the face shield the most. And I also took my bandana cut it in half so the face rag is not as thick.😄 And I did my research on the rona and there is a still a 99.2% chance of getting it. Besides I should be freaking out since my younger sister died from the flu in March, and I'm not since I totally did my research.

One of the best things to do is to properly outfox them. Make them look stupid. Make fun of them. When someone wants to start a fight, you look cool when you fight. You can't look cool when humiliated, as that's the point. It's wonderful. In short, use the head on your shoulders. Don't full on insult them... that won't work. Agree with them. If you agree, they can't continue, as they would deny themselves. The best insults look like compliments.
Idk what to do I’m twelve and I want to start to become a greaser like slowly very slowly and my go to clothes are white shirt blue tight jeans chuck Taylor’s converse and a denim jacket but I live in the UK so it’s a bit different

The way I beat the kid that made fun of me was going to the principal and saying “hey man if you don’t do something about this kid he’s gonna get hurt” The principal called his dad and his dad said “yeah I know he has a mouth. I got a one day suspension for threatening him though. The reason why I did though was because I kicked his ass the year before lol.
