The closest thing to La Masia is Cobham however Chelsea hasn’t integrated many great academy players like musiala into first team and we focus more on selling them instead otherwise if we did give importance then we would have had many players of the calibre of John terry and I think we should take inspiration from La Masia and focus on Cobham too for future
