I'm so sorry about what happened to you. Keep seeking out doctors (most likely plastic surgeons) who can help you. If you are treated poorly by one, move on to the next until you find a true ally. If finances are a concern, most hospitals have foundations set up to help such patients. You may have to relocate to access the help you need, but that can come later, after you have healed a bit more. All the best to you.
@Jason-qm5tf, I agree with the previous poster; don't let _anyone_ mistreat you, *especially* medical providers! *Too* many people forget is that medicine is a business just like any other, and there is competition in their "job market" as real as any you work for, and you have a right to be treated with respect, dignity and compassion *(and* you have the right to keep your diagnosis and medical care confidential.) If you don't feel that you have received this kind of care by your doctor, their nurses or clinic, then *report* them to their supervisor. If it is the doctor themselves, report them to the patient advocacy group in their hospital and then keep looking until you find a medical provider who will ~ and I mean this ~ treat you like a member of their family. Its honestly incredible how amari's condition hasnt completely stopped the function of his eye muscles and face muscles. Crazy how hes still able to move his eye and stuff. What a beautiful kid. He deserves better, just like all these people. We hope they get the treatment they need oneday
@@cbreezy Yeah, most beauty standards come from historical indicators of good health. Deformities are the opposite of that. There are ways to see beauty in other ways and educate people. But beauty standards exist for a reason, good color in the skin as opposed to someone who is sick, bright, alert eyes instead of glazed over or unfocused, etc.
I feel for Amary not only because people are mean but because the tumors are affecting his eye sight, and im not sure if they said it, but if it causes discomfort, that is heartbreaking, no child should have to live with pain.
Beautiful people; every one of them. I have large flat ears and thought I hated them because of my bullying. But as I grew older (and they grew larger), I learned to love them. Then I found out at NIH that these ears are signs of Fragile X. People don’t stare because they think you are ugly or scary. They stare because it’s what we all do when we face someone or something that we have never seen. Hide away, and people will continue to stare. But get out there and make yourself known, people will stop staring and begin accepting you as just another new norm. It’s your inner beauty that really shines through. The heart trumps skin every time.
To bring us back to reality when we would lament some malady, my Mother would always quote this parable: "I once cried because I had no shoes, until I saw a man with no feet."
It's because they are not able to do anything for him yet. Maybe one day someone will be able to help him and people like him. It has nothing to do with Healthcare.
It's refreshing to see an honest, blunt person on here, instead of how beautiful they are. These folks have a deformity, and it is DISGUSTING that no trained medical professionals are doing their best to alleviate his suffering. Oh but they''ll plant a fake vagina in a grown man or slaughter the unborn.
It's a number of factors. 1. The blood supply to and from the tumours. You remove the tumours, there is a very high risk for blood loss. 2. Other structures such as nerves, arteries, veins, bones, etc are all a massive consideration. 3. Depending on the type of tumour, if your remove them, they can come back and be a worse outcome
No one deserves to be bullied or mistreated, especially for things they can’t control. Tayla seems like a strong, intelligent and nice person. The others are an inspiration and I wish them all well.
I gotta say the nose lady actually looks better without it. Her eyes, smile, confidence and personality make her beautiful. Amare's mother is young, strong and beautiful too. I like how she's his rock and holds it together in front of him.
Thumbs up to them all. I think they're more normal than people without any disabilities. They have such a positive attitude. The one I felt most for was the little boy with the tumours that keep growing. Surely the great minds of science can come up with something to help him. I really feel for his mum who loves him so much.
I think he's totally adorable too, and so funny and charismatic! I have a friend whose son looks a TON like Nathan -- they even have the same haircut -- and he's just starting college. He too has had a lot of surgeries, and his face is unique but definitely expressive and handsome.
It's truly sad that we as a society look down on anyone who looks different than what we have been conditioned to look like by the medias standards. Such as magazines, movies, etc.. I give all of these people so much credit for having the confidence for embracing who they are and their differences and living their best lives. Kudos to them. They are all beautiful in my eyes. Society, even the world, needs to learn a thing or two from these strong individuals instead of putting them down.
The last family was judged with people saying they were doing videos for pity. But in my experience most people don’t want pity. The people accused of wanting pity seems to greatly outnumber the amount of people who actually are trying to get it. It’s quite weird.
The last family that went on TikTok had a great message to others. Don't blame God. Do what you can to live as normal of a life as possible. The family is very postive.
I was just having anxiety about turning 30 yo. I was afraid that I wasn't normal because I am still in college trying to finish my associates degree. It kind of dawned on me that there is no such thing as normal. We are all different and nothing is ever the same in life. The only constant is change. I pray that these folks find their "normal". Meaning I hope they feel accepted and I hope they find purpose. We are all trying to find our purpose and I hope life is kind to them.
In regard to the woman who lost her nose from cancer - I would think it would be risky to have such an unprotected opening in the face. Dwayne, with Treacher Collins, is instantly likable.
I don't think you need to look different to be bullied. I was bullied in primary school - by my own cousin! - and my daughter (who is stunningly beautiful) was bullied through elementary school into high school and eventually beaten up. I'm really not bragging, but I think a lot of it happened because people were jealous. The people in these videos are very inspiring and I commend the way they handle themselves!
In each case, I see beautiful people. Even the child with the most distortion of his face is still beautiful to me. Each has this special and uniqueness about them self's. God only gives his most precious children to those who are strong and are able to take care of these babies to see them into adulthood. I didn't see anyone who wasn't beautiful in all of 9 cases.❤❤❤❤❤
You know we all have our hard time's and sometimes think why me why must I suffer so? Than you see people like this and see how much perseverance and strength they have at such adversity and it really puts thing's into perspective. Be thankful for what you have and what burdens you don't have and God bless these people.
Is Tayla a Type I diabetic? I am. I see her insulin pump and CGM. Go Tayla! You’re very pretty and you’ve accomplished a lot. I’ve had Type I for 57 years.
Dang, that gives me hope. I've had T1 for 23 or 24 years now. I'm really hoping to get that 25 year medal, I already have my 10 year one. They have a 50 year one too, if you've never heard of the Journey Award. You just request one online and they send it for free. I guess to make up for all the dang insulin we've had to shell out for, over the years. I don't have a pump yet, but I do have a CGM. Don't know how I made it without one. It feels like we're finally getting somewhere with all the new tech. Glucose meters were probably a godsend when they first came out too, though, so I'm not gonna disparage our trusty old glucometers. But I sure do love the CGM.
She is pretty without her nose, but i wonder without the nose does it get more irritating with air in her throat, like i know the air sometimes bothers my nasal passages and sometimes my throat, so im curious if she has the same problem
What amazing people. It would be lovely to think there were things to improve any difficulties they experienced but even better if people would be kind and accept them for their differences. Amati’s situation is extremely difficult for him and I have watched a video on just him. There is a go fund me page but I’m still unclear as to why there has been no surgery to reduce the tumours. He is in good hands with his family and I hope that what ever can be done to make him more comfortable is being done.
People make you sick when they are judging people with conditions like these... people are allowed to be out of the so called box everyone's different in there own way... bless these guys and there family ❤
Ok. I dont know how to say this tactfully but.... That Amary kid looks cool as hell! Reminds me of a bit of a plague doctor or a dragon or a dinosaur! I'm actually a little envious, kids face looks like all of my favorite things, and gets to wake up everyday as a mythical creature. I don't like that he suffers, and I wish that that could be different for him, and that people can be awful. Is there a gofundme open for him? I will donate to it, he shouldn't have to hurt so much to look so fucken cool.
5:58 His self confidence is off the charts! I love it! He has an amazing family and friends and that makes ALL the difference. When he said "college", I was like "what?" He looks like he's still in his young teens. It may be a pain in the butt now but he'll appreciate looking so young in 20 years when he's still getting asked for his ID card. He's a cutie! 💚
NATHAN!!!!! You are BEYOND cool with a special syndrome named just for you! You will be instrumental and life changing in inspiring all future people who are lucky enough to be perfectly as special and truly loved, respected and admired as you are. You are definitely MORE than enough, and I feel like we all have so much to learn from your outlook on life and the difference you make in the outlook of others.
Amari, your no monster darlin’, don’t ever forget that! Listen, the important thing is you stay strong and hold onto hope. Hope is a precious gift that our creator promises us all! God doesn’t want us to miss the display of his glory in the trials. God is reveling himself in it. God never promises following Jesus will be without pain, suffering, or trials, however these difficulties won’t ever compare to the eternal joy we will one day have in his kingdom! Stay strong, stay faithful…Don’t ever lose hope ❤
This dear young man will have a wonderful life regardless of his deformity. Some lovely little girl is going to fall madly in love with his smile and joy.
I liked how the guy with the no name syndrome is so confident and was like checking himself out. These poor kids are bullied everyday but just ignore it, I wish the world knew what they go through.❤
I am only 7:00 minutes in but I have to say how very impressed with Nathan's attitude and personality. He is so confident in himself😮 whereas your "typical" kid is devastated by a pimple or being 2# heavier than they want to be. His outlook on life is something we can all learn from.
All of this was tremendously sad as well as inspiring but I couldn't help feeling my heart break when the lady who had her nose removed mentioned "breathing in one last time to smell her children because she didn't know if she'd ever get to smell them again". That cut deep. I used to carry my first son's baby beanie in my pocket, just to smell it. He's 24 now. I have a 6 yo daughter now and she still will give me her lovey to smell if I'm sad or in pain.
14:37 my dad has the same condition as Amari, so did my dads mom. But it was nowhere near this bad. My grandma had round tumors covering her entire body; she was bumpy. She passed away from cancer caused by this condition in her 50s. My dad is 46, and around age 20 he had to have his leg amputated due to cancer, again, caused by this condition. Today he had 11 fibromas removed that caused concern. It’s scary
The mother who's little girl had a facial deformity brought her child to Russia, it was REMOVED now she is absolutely adorable, Amare's mother need to do the same !!!
The dad at 305... his face like uuh no you doin it and I'm just paying for it. In other words who does not look hopeful or convinced... so sad. Such strong souls in these videos ❤
16:25 We can ALL learn something from this boy. He's out there like any other kid playing football. What upsets me is she is hurting for money. I wish I could give her exactly what she needs to keep up with his health and her bills. Praying for them. 🙏🏻✝️💚
It’s very sad that medicine can’t help for this lovely souls to take better life 😢😢😢 ❤❤❤ I hope medicine will be better in close future and they will get better soon ❤
Angels, each and every one. What is considered normal in society many times makes people mean, hateful, intolerant, etc. and those are the things that make someone ugly, not what you look like, but your personality and how you act and carry yourself.
The woman whose nose was removed is, in fact, beautiful as is. I, however, would want to wear a prosthetic nose when out and about, kind of like only then do I wear lipstick.
Surely to god theres a qualified surgeon out there who can help Amare for free.God help him life is so very cruel.Heartbreaking for Amare and his mother
You know, it's one thing to be born different because you don't know any thing else. What's really bad is when you are born normal looking and maybe in the future years down the road, you can get into a car accident or hit by a car or beaten up badly or get some kind of disease that makes you not look like yourself at all and you go through many surgeries to try to look like you did. All the way around it's very sad to me, but if all these people are happy with their lives and their looks, then I am so proud of them and hope they all live a long happy life.

He also has several people who just field phone calls from people just asking questions about what he may or may not be able to do on a case-by-case basis and if you truly feel 'disfigured,' you absolutely need to at least get a *consultation* with him. You should watch some of his work on his channel He is a gift to the burned, broken and disfigured patients of facial illnesses, injuries and deformeties around the world.
Since UA-cam refuses to allow us to post websites in our comments, I'm going to spell it out here so that you can at least call his office and maybe get a video visit with him or someone on his team to, at the minimum, see if you have any options for a consultation to try and lessen your social and emotional anguish. *_IT COULD NOT HURT TO TRY._*
Look up his site at the first initials of:

After years of watching his work and the way he (and his entire staff) talk to and about his patients, if I suddenly had a condition that involved something very obvious on my head and/or neck, whether I could OR couldn't afford him, there is NO ONE in this country who I would feel safer with.
@@jeanetteh.9240 Sound advice.
Its honestly incredible how amari's condition hasnt completely stopped the function of his eye muscles and face muscles. Crazy how hes still able to move his eye and stuff. What a beautiful kid. He deserves better, just like all these people. We hope they get the treatment they need oneday
...."what society excepts as beautiful... and i want to shatter that box" I really felt that statement....
Why?
@@cbreezy Yeah, most beauty standards come from historical indicators of good health. Deformities are the opposite of that.
There are ways to see beauty in other ways and educate people.
But beauty standards exist for a reason, good color in the skin as opposed to someone who is sick, bright, alert eyes instead of glazed over or unfocused, etc.
Really?😮
Accepts*
ACCEPTS. "Excepts" means something totally different and not what you want to convey.
I feel for Amary not only because people are mean but because the tumors are affecting his eye sight, and im not sure if they said it, but if it causes discomfort, that is heartbreaking, no child should have to live with pain.
I honestly wanna hang out with the dude because despite everything he seems like a damn good gamer and a chill guy in general

I wish that Amar could get surgery
The poor little man has to go through chemotherapy as well. I wish all his dreams come true. 🙏✝️❤️
Every one of those people I'd be proud to call a friend!
You are loving and have a good heart. God bless!!❤❤
I just wanna love on Amare. He's so beautiful, sweet, courageous and his mama is so loving ❤️
To bring us back to reality when we would lament some malady, my Mother would always quote this parable: "I once cried because I had no shoes, until I saw a man with no feet."
Amar's situation makes me so angry. He's in the richest country in the world. Why can't he get proper medical care?
Don’t be rude pls.
Also, they said the condition in incurable.
Alabama, a GOP state, refused federal funds for healthcare for poor people.
The US is bankrupt, literally.
It's because they are not able to do anything for him yet. Maybe one day someone will be able to help him and people like him.
It has nothing to do with Healthcare.
I think it’s disgusting that no medical experts have intervened and done something to help that sweet kid with the tumours. It’s so unfair.
It sounds like it's not available because it will continue to grow, maybe i heard it wrong though
@@plan4life theres nothing they can do these type of tumors will keep growing, theres no surgeries for this serious of a condition
Right...but we have billions of dollars to send overseas to help others!😢
No one deserves to be bullied or mistreated, especially for things they can’t control. Tayla seems like a strong, intelligent and nice person. The others are an inspiration and I wish them all well.
“And my ear fell off…” oh my what a delightful and well balanced couple! Love their family!
I gotta say the nose lady actually looks better without it. Her eyes, smile, confidence and personality make her beautiful.
Amare's mother is young, strong and beautiful too. I like how she's his rock and holds it together in front of him.
That would be so hard during halloween
Our heroes these days seem to be great athletes, actors, etc. These people should be our heroes.
Thumbs up to them all. I think they're more normal than people without any disabilities. They have such a positive attitude. The one I felt most for was the little boy with the tumours that keep growing. Surely the great minds of science can come up with something to help him. I really feel for his mum who loves him so much.
Yes these are great stories! Everyone of them are unique and are strong individuals that should be proud of who they are.
NATE,IS SO CUTE AND HIS PERSONALITY IS CONTAGIOUS.
I think he's totally adorable too, and so funny and charismatic! I have a friend whose son looks a TON like Nathan -- they even have the same haircut -- and he's just starting college. He too has had a lot of surgeries, and his face is unique but definitely expressive and handsome.
6:12 Nathan is such a loving sweet handsome young man❤
It's truly sad that we as a society look down on anyone who looks different than what we have been conditioned to look like by the medias standards.
I love that "hello ... ok nevermind" that cracked me up.
And the second girl, i love sarcastic people they are so wonderful
The last family was judged with people saying they were doing videos for pity. But in my experience most people don’t want pity. The people accused of wanting pity seems to greatly outnumber the amount of people who actually are trying to get it. It’s quite weird.
I view it as educational
The last family that went on TikTok had a great message to others. Don't blame God. Do what you can to live as normal of a life as possible. The family is very postive.
Love n hugs to them all xxx
I was just having anxiety about turning 30 yo. I was afraid that I wasn't normal because I am still in college trying to finish my associates degree. It kind of dawned on me that there is no such thing as normal. We are all different and nothing is ever the same in life. The only constant is change. I pray that these folks find their "normal". Meaning I hope they feel accepted and I hope they find purpose. We are all trying to find our purpose and I hope life is kind to them.
Very well said!!
Amari is my hero. My kids would love to play football with you. ❤❤
So Called outside Beauty Fades Away! The Underneath Beautiful Soul lasts Forever!
These people are beautiful and have an inspirational positive attitude
The thing that really bothers me is how these people must be bullied by immature and ignorant little creeps.
You are heroes 💪💪💪💪
In regard to the woman who lost her nose from cancer - I would think it would be risky to have such an unprotected opening in the face. Dwayne, with Treacher Collins, is instantly likable.
I've seen a show on TLC where the is a clinic that makes prosthetic noses and other parts...there must be some others....
I don't understand why more medical organizations haven't stepped up to remedy some of these situations.
@@sherw7635You know why...I know why...I quit working in the hospital for this reason. NO $$$$$ IN IT.
Such incredible courage...how much they can teach us.
Nathan is an incredible young man!. He can teach us all how to be a better person.
Beautiful video! I think all of these people are incredible!
They all of them are wonderful ❤ ♥
You know we all have our hard time's and sometimes think why me why must I suffer so? Than you see people like this and see how much perseverance and strength they have at such adversity and it really puts thing's into perspective. Be thankful for what you have and what burdens you don't have and God bless these people.
These people are soo beautiful
@@cocobutter3175 I have that medal plus a 50 year one from Lillly. Good luck on your diabetes journey. 💜
She is pretty without her nose, but i wonder without the nose does it get more irritating with air in her throat, like i know the air sometimes bothers my nasal passages and sometimes my throat, so im curious if she has the same problem
They are truly inspiring and beautiful people ❤
What amazing people.
These parents and there babies have so much love 4 each other !! Its wonderful to see , warms me inside !!!
Amare breaks my heart
People make you sick when they are judging people with conditions like these... people are allowed to be out of the so called box everyone's different in there own way... bless these guys and there family ❤
Case #3 for Amary I think is the worst case. So sad that no surgeons have volunteer to help in a case like his . 😔
They cannot remove them safely. 😢 He will die as there are so many interconnected vessels. His Mom, him are my heros. ❤
I think Tayla looks beautiful just like she is!!❤
Lady without the nose is so right people are judgmental and mean. She's still as beautiful as before..❤
I pray for miracles for each of the these beautiful angels of the Lord! I love them all!
They mentioned he liked soccer, I'm honestly willing to bet he's at least a semi pro at FIFA or PES
Let’s all jointly accept to pray for answers to his condition. Amari deserves more in his life.
❤Lord, we know you know the answer. We can't understand. Amari 🙏 🤲 he knows and accepts there are so many cheering him on. ❤
Excellent strength from each of those individuals.
21:04 LOVING HER ATTITUDE!! Beauty is skin deep. She actually beautiful with or without.
Thank you for sharing these incredible stories they are inspiring people and heroes of there own story’s ♥️♥️♥️ and life ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
*Great parents. Strong *these kids! = the biggest heros 🎉
Beauty is deeper than what you see.
This dear young man will have a wonderful life regardless of his deformity. Some lovely little girl is going to fall madly in love with his smile and joy.
I think they are all so angelical and beyond beautiful ❤❤, Blessed Be for now and Forever.
Life would be boring if we all looked alike.
I liked how the guy with the no name syndrome is so confident and was like checking himself out. These poor kids are bullied everyday but just ignore it, I wish the world knew what they go through.❤
Amare you are the strongest little man. You have a wonderful Mum.and i wish i could meet you. I pray all your dreams come true. 🙏✝️❤️
You gone trough much and think you you are strong. Lord forgive me forgive us, nothing more beautiful than being alive❤ I felt that.
I am only 7:00 minutes in but I have to say how very impressed with Nathan's attitude and personality. He is so confident in himself😮 whereas your "typical" kid is devastated by a pimple or being 2# heavier than they want to be. His outlook on life is something we can all learn from.
Taylor your beautiful on the inside and the outside. Ignore the haters they are jealous of your brains and your body!
This channel should pin your awesome message ❤
All of this was tremendously sad as well as inspiring but I couldn't help feeling my heart break when the lady who had her nose removed mentioned "breathing in one last time to smell her children because she didn't know if she'd ever get to smell them again". That cut deep. I used to carry my first son's baby beanie in my pocket, just to smell it. He's 24 now. I have a 6 yo daughter now and she still will give me her lovey to smell if I'm sad or in pain.
It's not about being beautiful , these poor souls are not living life at fulles
Ya'll are all so amazing and so strong. This video has humble .. God bless you all .. Love ya'll so much.
Nate is perfection ❤ I can't stop smiling at him❤
God bless each and every child who suffers! Innocent kids with beautiful personalities ❤
Wow look at you with a ridiculous comment. 😮
His tumors will keep growing back and getting big. He has the most severe version of neurofibromotosis.

37:55 HILARIOUS!! 😂💚
Angels, each and every one. What is considered normal in society many times makes people mean, hateful, intolerant, etc. and those are the things that make someone ugly, not what you look like, but your personality and how you act and carry yourself.
these are beautiful people
The little webbie Adlib 😅😅😅
It’s the uniqueness that makes beauty
Peace be upon all of you.
The woman whose nose was removed is, in fact, beautiful as is. I, however, would want to wear a prosthetic nose when out and about, kind of like only then do I wear lipstick.
Same.
It also has a very practical reason. It doesn't let dust and such in your caverns. Cavern is the technical term for the "hole" there. ❤
Her Mom was an egomaniac b.
Amare’s mother is so loving and chill. This is the best gift she could give him.
Surely to god theres a qualified surgeon out there who can help Amare for free.God help him life is so very cruel.Heartbreaking for Amare and his mother
Where do we see updates on these people, I'm invested
You know, it's one thing to be born different because you don't know any thing else. What's really bad is when you are born normal looking and maybe in the future years down the road, you can get into a car accident or hit by a car or beaten up badly or get some kind of disease that makes you not look like yourself at all and you go through many surgeries to try to look like you did. All the way around it's very sad to me, but if all these people are happy with their lives and their looks, then I am so proud of them and hope they all live a long happy life.
