How do you hit so many drive rushes? Seems like every time I try to rush I whiff a parry and leave myself open, the pressure completely drops.

hey there. I assume you're talking about raw drive rush right? the normal input for raw drive rush is holding both medium buttons and then pressing forward twice. what you can do is: tap forward, then forward + both mediums at the same time to get your drive rush out immediately. this will also cost less drive, because you are going into the rush instead of holding Parry into Rush.
if you're asking about Drive rush out of a cancel-able normal, once the normal touches the opponent either press forward twice or drive parry input (both mediums). I believe you can also buffer the input for drive rush. that way if the normal whiffs nothing happens and if it hits, drive rush happens.
