Friends I'm a retired defense attorney. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. He's read some underground magazine talking about this sovereign citizen nonsense. He is in a roundabout way talking about this sovereign citizen BS that they all talked about in prison. If you want to learn about the sovereign citizen argument, go to jail or prison because everyone in there is an expert on it. That's why they're all in prison. This interview has gone off the rails very quickly. He just is talking in circles and throwing big words out there and what he's saying is just a bunch of complete unintelligible nonsense. In my career I handled over 5,000 criminal cases, I've written a book, and I taught as an adjunct professor at a university law School. Do not think you can get away with this sovereign citizen b*******. Don't be one of these people that gets pulled over and when the cop comes up to your window you start telling him how you don't need a driver's license and it's illegal for the government to require a license in blah blah blah.like I said the jails and prisons are full of these morons who start reading some little magazine somewhere and now think that the sovereign citizen argument is golden. It's laughable

I will concur that you are right about a few things you say but you’re wrong if you think there’s no way to become a sovereign citizen. It’s very real and very obtainable it’s just a long process where you are harassed because they expect you to give in and end the process but if you don’t give in and stick with the federal law and the mountain of tasks and paper work you need to complete before you are legally recognized as a sovereign citizen then you can in fact become a sovereign citizen and longer live your life as a corporate entity. These people you speak of in county jails or prisons only know half of the stages and literature needed to complete the transition. If you’re truly a good lawyer meaning you understand FEDERAL LAW from A-Z then you know becoming a sovereign citizen can very much so be a reality if you’re willing to go through years of obstacles for example sending back your birth certificate,Social Security id state issued licenses to the federal government just to name a few but I digress.

Just because you don’t believe in being a sovereign citizen or your SS# being attached to a corporation doesn’t mean it’s not true. There is a correct way to do it and a wrong way to do it. The jails are filled with people who don’t commit fully. You obviously know this because you found it necessary to list your credentials and accomplishments to try and prove how smart you are. So riddle me this Batman, if the constitution grants us our god given rights, why don’t you hack attorneys follow the constitution when defending your clients? You have no interest in defending your clients and their rights, you only care about lining your pockets and bragging to absolute strangers about how successful you are at being an attorney.

Mr lawyer that is smart what is a straw man? Are these actually admiralty maritime law courts you practiced in ? Is the zionist jew USSA government a corporate entity itself ?

You only represent the statist authoritarians who steal everyone elses money and freedom at the point of a gun. Pretty sure fucks like you put way more people in prison in collusion with the state than you ever defended. Might doesn't equal right. Laws are only for physics. Everything else is some bullshit that the terrorists made up to enslave you.

It's just amazing when someone who knows nothing about a topic starts blathering on as if he's an expert. I'm a retired defense attorney, what is this guy talking about with everything is actually coming down to maritime law in uniform commercial code. Now he's telling us that traffic tickets are part of the uniform commercial code. I mean he just sounds like he read some underground whack job magazine and now he knows all the tricks and ins and outs of the law. Just shut up if you don't know what you're talking about.

This is definitely one of those guys that isn’t that naturally smart BUT when he wants to learn something and is interred he does put in the time and serious time at that so he becomes super knowledgeable about specific things, like when he dove in on the maritime law with all the long words, which is dope but the one downside is because of that natural deficiency he’ll fall for things and believe things that are false but still dive in and learn a ton about them kinda like him saying Sucralose is sugar they just don’t have to call it that and the monster thing, even though I don’t believe he thinks that’s a fact and was joking a tad.
