Considering Zeno is somehow involved in this story, I theorize that Barbara was a Zeno experiment like Jessica. Though I don't feel like Barbara will be the main antagonist like Jessica was.

Vertin and Argus would probably be cornered in an upper floor room in the motel during the climax, and Lilya would come crashing in through the windows to the rescue just in time for the finale after being absent for like 70% of the story or something like that.
I wonder if Tuesday took inspiration from Dreadout You guys know about Siska right? Both holding a bundle that we though baby, but turned out to be reptile. But while Siska holding a snake, Tuesday holding white crocodile, which is also exist in Dreadout
Tuesday looks like a debuff support Argus looks like a single target DPS character. Hopefully she is the "Isolde of poison" that everyone is hoping for Barbara seems like a healer or a buff support
