And girl, the difference between that inflamed and bloated 170 and the healthy 170 is definitely noticeable! Thanks for touching on that and reminding us that the scale isn’t everything, and you glow so much better with healthy eating and exercise than with just starving yourself to get that number down

My heaviest weight was 236 back in 2016 and I was so unhappy. Fast forward to last Friday I saw 169 on the scale. WHAT?!!!! Haven’t seen 160s in almost a decade. I feel good physically and always mentally working on myself!
Consistency leads to motivation and the rest takes care of itself! You’re beautiful inside and out and you should be proud of yourself! ❤

Amazing! At my heaviest I got to 198 and I’m short so it looked even worse on me. I haven’t seen 160s since 2018. I’m down to 165 and plan to be 145. I’m so excited!!❤ congrats boo!

I’m a Personal Trainer and the best piece of advice I can give you is don’t become obsessed with the number on the scale! I’m 14lbs heavier but I’m leaner than I was 14lbs lighter. Go by how you feel and not by what the scale says as the scale tells lies lol Also I used to comfort eat and how I stopped was found other things to make me feel better like going for a nice bath, read a book, sing, dance, did a workout etc anything like that to make me feel better and now I don’t comfort eat at all. I retrained my brain. Also stop using words like cheat days, bad food etc because it creates feelings of guilt and you shouldn’t feel guilty about food, food isn’t the enemy! Hope this helps! ❤

I haven’t watched this yet but I just wanted to tell you that I am sorry for the loss of Jon. I know no matter how strong you try to be that must be something that really hurts you deep down. I know how much you loved him. Everyone grieves differently. Just know that no matter how you approach the situation it is the right way. I’m glad to see you’re taking care of yourself. You deserve all of the happiness in the world. Please never forget that. ❤️

I’m not gonna lie, it’s been a tough few days for me (a death in the family and another family member was in the hospital for multiple days) and this just put a huge smile on my face. I’m so proud of you and how far you’ve come!

I’m on a very similar journey to yours and I my “60s” was actually “30s” (I’m only 5 feet) and I finally hit 139 the other day after 2 years! So proud and happy for you!!! @@valgal24 I use a product called Trim & Biocell by Modere, and really started paying attention to my portions. I don’t restrict myself from anything, but I no longer gorge on foods either. I also recently started adding working out to my routine and that’s been helpful to move my body.
I love how your doggies were sitting right next to you while you were working out so cute!!! Making sure their momma was ok!! You look amazing!!
Jac I need to say this: CARBS ARE NOT BAD. Please eat more of them. Your body will thank you and you will not gain weight. Carbs are your body’s number one source of energy. You need more than like, one piece of toast a day. Avoiding carbs is literally starving your body.
Can you add that she needs to add a Dietarian to her regime?
I just lost my 12yo sweet baby Maltese to heart disease a little over a year ago, and I still miss him every single day, so I sure wish you didn’t have to go through this,I’m so sorry 😢… Just enjoy every moment with him and savor that time! Praying for strength & healing for y’all 🙏🏼!

When I was on my healthy journey, I ate A LOT of broccoli and that helped me to stay full longer and curb my cravings! Seeing your results and your path of success and struggle to get to where you are motivates me to get back at it 💪🏽🥰
It had been six years since I seen the 180s until about a month or so ago. Now I’m 174. Amazing feeling!! Feeling your body change and serve you is the best! And I started at 212 in March!
I know exactly how you feel fitting into things again. I started working out in July and eating healthier. At my heaviest I was 198 and now I’m at 165. My end goal is to be around 145. So happy for you!

My pup was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and given 6 months to live but we had 3.5 years with him after his diagnosis. It was hard and heavy but also set a precedent to enjoy every snuggle, every goofy moment, and every day with him. When we finally had to let him go, I was devastated but also at peace with the life we have him and the time we had with him. I have been steeped in gratitude for his existence ever since, but looking back I can say that the anticipation of his loss was more challenging than actually losing him.
I hope you are able to feel at peace with the love that you and your sweet pup share, even if we don’t get them for as long as we desire 💛
Not me wishing she actually told us her measurements cause if I’m anywhere near her measurements I’ll feel so much better about how I look because whatever her measurements are she looks good! 😂 and she’s thinking we’re gonna make fun of her! You’re someone’s goal right where you are today. You’re an inspiration because you’re so realistic and show exactly what it’s like to wanna be healthier. My deepest and sincere condolences to you for the passing of Jon. I know that even though you weren't married anymore you spend 9 years married and you were friends prior to the wedding so I understand how difficult this might be for you. You can't put your sadness aside because you weren't happy anymore as Jon's wife. A tragedy like this, no matter the circumstances that led to your divorce will affect anyone that has a heart and is a compassionate person in life. He was your partner for a good part of your young adult life so his passing will for sure affect you even if you don't want to. I hope you can still find a little bit of joy and happiness with the support of your amazing fiance Jordan. He is such a sweetheart always uplifting you. Telling you you look amazing. Helping you through your up and downs and never complaining about it. You truly found a rare gem. Always making sure that your needs are put first and that is what I call love. Again my condolences for this sad tragedy. He was so young and his whole life ahead of him. RIP Jon

Having lost 50 lbs in the last year through moderate diet changes and healthy workout routines, i can tell you that the highs u feel of achieving something is so much more than the cravings we want to give into. there is not damn secret other than it's all a mind game..who is going to win? the craving or me? Also my nutritionist always says to start ur first bite with proteins. it's keeps u full longer. good luck and so happy for you

Awww it made me kinda sad that she said she didn’t want to say her measurements because people will make fun of her. That’s how you know how bad this internet bullying affects someone. And she’s not even a thicker girl.
it’s good that you’re motivated to lose weight, but that panic with the scale between 169 and 170, the fear of eating carbs at night, eating dry chicken… I’m sorry but it doesn’t seem healthy and is sending a wrong message. We are quicky regressing 10-15 years ago and it’s scary. I don’t think this is good or sending a good message.
You can tell the inflammation has gone down too. My hasn't. But I'm working on it! Your story is mine to a T and you're helping me keep going even when I feel like giving up. Love you!
