- Mini bike runs better with the 30 series belt backward?
Ran the Coleman CT200U-EX 30 series torque converter belt backward to see if the bike would run better.

Another great vid there uhhhhh Mr black66 💪🏼💯💨💨💨
I would love to see a 98cc mini bike with one of those amr 300 superchargers
I love the advice at the end!! 😅
LOL
Cool video !!🤘🤘
Man. I found you because of a review you left on Amazon, I’m pretty sure it was for a push button kill switch. I really enjoy your content. Im starting to take an interest in these mini bikes. (I’m a mini MOTO guy right now, like small bore street bikes [grom] and mini supermoto [pitbikes].
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Solid content B66. I think it will hot be as fast and the belt will wear faster. It is a excellent brain teaser.
How would one measure the density of a video in the first place?
I have a doodle bug with NON hydrolic disk break in the rear what is your best recommendation for break pad replacements? I'm in need of new pads
Lmao, the walk of shame!
Could you help me with my first build? I'm doing a header pipe and a vm22 but heard somewhere you need to remove the governor, is this true?
It's like digging for gold just try the electric motor build qs120 💪🏼💯💨💨💨
It's not true. You can run a slide carb without taking the governor out. Both of my bikes have VM22's with the governor still in the engine.
@@Deucealive75yeah he is right but if u wanna go faster just take out the governor the main point of the governor was that it had a link that closes the throttle open and close so if there is nothing there u should be fine
@@Deucealive75 Realy bad idea.
You now have parts inside your engine just hannging out doing nothing waiting to break.
@@Deucealive75 alright thanks, don't want to blow up my engine 😅
Man I wish I had a torque converter from gopowersport with a juggernaut, are they any good?
Yes, Fantastic!
What app do you use to track your speed runs ?
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone for top speed.
How long should a belt last based on miles or hours of use? I'm not abusing the mini bike. It's the Go Power Sport Moto with the Tillotsen 212 Engine and I weigh 160 lb.
I'm abusing mine ...as long as u have the torque set right it should last months
I have a belt I changed last week that I put on my bike in October of 2023.
I don't ride my bikes easy, I pretty much beat the hell out of them.
So depending on which brand(gl and sorry I have no advice there)they can last a good stretch.
Blackhorse Racing I got a 3 pack of belts from that one was out of.
The other 2 died early due to my pulleys being misaligned an a few other issues.
If i could remember who I just bought new ones from I would recommend those also sorry,
@@brandonwebb2529 That is the issue I had(my old bike is a cluster****)and have seen others have.
If the pulleys are misligned or if any of it isn't exactly the way it needs to be, nothing is going to last.
I am interested in the bonzana mini bike how much would you sell it for
How much does the 28000 watt gokart weigh
In your older videos, there was this long road with a dead end that you used to make your test runs along. What happened to that?
I still run out there sometimes. I like to switch it up from time to time.
I was thinking that 4ish seconds for a cvt is rather slow, what is your fastest straight chain
0-30 wise
What app do you use for times and speeds?
I use a Dragy performance meter for 0 to 30 and digiHUD on the phone for speed.
@@Black66thanks for all your vids and I appreciate you answering, I know you are busy and can’t answer most questions,
Thanks again!
5 miles if just cruising, 3 if it's wide open
Prediction : as the belt should ride higher on the driver I would expect slower acceleration and higher top speed, belt life would be drastically reduced due to the increased heat through belt slip but as I don't know how many miles the belt would last on that engine in that state of tune it is hard to tell how long it would last the wrong way around.
That is a spot on prediction!
I was going to say 4 miles...lol
What gearing and tire size is on this bike?
Stock that bike is 50 on the rear/10 on the front, 19x7x8 tires.
With Black it could be anything at this point, he likes to try everything.
Black 66, 2.76 and its shredded lol🤣…but seriously, how are you getting that kind of top speed with that setup? All my stuff with those stock drivers go 45mph ish and peg out around 4500rpms with those style drivers. I’ve tried bigger and smaller rear sprockets, and still not much of a difference🤨
Try changing ur belt to a good one and also the torque converter sprocket I have a 18 in the torque converter and stock rear end going 50 mostly I’ve gotten it up to 55 but it’s stock 212 with only carb, exhaust and governor removed but will drop down to a 14 front and 40tooth in the rear
If the bike in the video has a 50 tooth sprocket it was topping out at around 4600 RPM. I'm not sure how you are only getting to 45 at 4500 RPM.
@@alanfelix8070 What bike do you have that gearing on? Most of us do not like 10/50 sprockets and a torque converter on the Coleman bikes. 18/50 sprockets would be 10 times worse.
I’m guessing the belt won’t break 😊
It probably wouldnt have if would have used a new belt
Wouldnt a wider/skinner belt comparison be awesome?
@@NubsWithGuns oh OK I didn't realize that putting the belt on backwards for this video wasn't silly... what I said was way more ridiculous, sorry. I forgot this was a serious discussion
@@NubsWithGuns how do you mean it, and in what way is the idea of putting the belt on backward less silly than putting too wide or too skinny a belt on? It's not. you're the silly person.
@@NubsWithGuns I'm saying if the premise for this video was good enough then mine is too... you watched a video more silly than the one I suggested and now you've left several comments on it... therefore making it THE BEST video idea...
@@16driver16 Idk no one knows why you keep tagging me or what you are talking about at this point.
Really stop it Idk wtf you're goin on about kid.
@@NubsWithGuns tagging? What are you talking about
I just put a $60 Amazon torque converter on my stock RT200 and its doing 42mph now. Its Much smother too 👍
They seem to make the torque delivery smoother and stronger than make a bike faster.
Although everything working smoother does make my bikes run quicker overall, which is way more important than how fast I can go.
There is a few inexpenive ones on crapazon that are great so don't put yours down too much lol.
@@NubsWithGunsI backed the throttle screw out and moved the spring on the governor arm to the middle of the hump. It comes pre drilled on the rt200. I was topping out at 27mph. So the CVT gave me like 15mph more, I was totally surprised.
@@mikefox1512 Well of course I forget to think that not everyone sets theirs up for offroad like I do.
I need it to not shift up on me and stay in the power band, so I put my spring on the back hole and just tweak everything else with it.
Adjusting that screw to the right spot right before the gorvernor kicks is one of the things i did with my stage 1 predator.
Probably doesnt make a difference to a lot of people, it just helped get everything tuned in together for me.
Id have a blast riding minibikes with you
Hell yeah😎
Well have to ride sometime
Am I the only one in love with his face when he narrates?
probably
Yes and that is quite a weird off the wall comment.
Slower and 1 hr of ride time with it backwards is my guess
Do the cops care if you ride on the road there?
I'm thinking vibration and faster wear with it backwards.
It did wear faster. Did you have any vibration ? I also did this on my bike but by mistake, just wasn't paying attention. I had a bad vibration and rode for about a mile before I realized what I had done. I flipped the belt back around but the damage was already done, it came apart like yours did and in a short time. The only difference is I am running a Juggernaut. Great video !
2 miles
Do you know a engine that would fit on a Coleman B200R my engine is completely gone. I just found out and I need a whole new one. Any recommended one that would fit
A 212cc or a 224 or 225 or 236 or 263 All these are predator or tillson engines
Pedetor 212. You can get them at Harbor Freight for cheap and it's a direct bolt on swap for the Colman
Thanks you guys one more question would I be able to fit a go power sports torque converter with it on that engine the 212?
@@landfnbr6215 yes
5 miles
It might slip ? But not brake in a 15 minute video.
It was an old old belt
How did that even work?
I put one on backwards by accident once, made it about 100 yards at the most and the belt got suck in the driven pulley and flipped upside down.
6 hours
burner not broken, shaken not stirred
