Overscan addon for Blender

Here's my take on a Blender addon for overscan

Real by fake seems like a company that enjoys being part of blender. They sent you to blend con twice.
They let you release some of the in house tools and if I had to guess have pushed some of the inhouse fixes to the main

What !! That's super easy Bob. Just click n drag the overscan panel by clicking on those invisible dots at the right most side of the panel header and drop it acc to ur custom order, then Save Prefs or startup file! Whoooshh

There’s actually an overscan setting in film for Eevee but this one has more control.
