eBay Authenticators Damage New Breitling Endurance Pro

Looks worse in real life and in hand compared to what the video shows up, it was never used or worn, not been out long enough to need opening to fit a new battery also I have original photos from seller and eBay listing to prove the back screws had no damage whatsoever, not until eBay Authenticity Guarantee team got hold of it. I know it’s only the screws but that still not the point, it makes me wonder if the so called experts can’t even open or use the correct size tools for the job and damage things in the process are they fit for purpose and how competent and skilled are they, makes one wonder. Sent original photos the seller sent me (they are good close ups of the back) to eBay with my photos after the damage and have not received a response as of yet. Warning always take plenty of photos if you intend selling or buying anything that’s going to the Cowboy Authentication team or whoever they are first.
