@@MrDavidWise How do you cook those? I always seem to overcook duck/goose, that's why I usually just grind up the meat and use it as a beef substitute or smoke snack sticks. Just got the smoker so I'm starting to experiment more with that. Glad to be along for the ride! Been watching all your videos and have been really enjoying them.
@@ColoradoCamperman Get the pan hot with oil and add butter right before you cook them. Just pan sear them. Don't walk away or they will overcook. If you have ever made Filet Mignon or Scallops you cook them the same way.

as long as you have VPN you can access anything in America, Google, UA-cam, Twitter, everyone knows, don't know why the media makes a big deal of it, i was using all these platforms in 2018 when visiting China that's how i kept contact with friends and family back home, Chinese government knows that and they don't give a hoot about it
