Neo Champion Bianca 1/5 20/20 R solos Regirock's Legendary Arena [Pokémon Masters EX]

Painful solo, but it was worth witholding the EX from her for this one
Basically, dodge as many moves as possible, so ideally you take just the syncs or other weaker moves. You need to bring Regirock to half Bar 1 so crit shield comes as early as possible, so it'd expire earlier. You want to bring Regirock just one hit away from entering Bar 2, and wait until he moves. That is for two reasons: First, to stall out the crit shield so you can lower defense on Bar 2, and second, to deplete Regirock out of gauges so you'd be able to get Regirock below half in Bar 2 before the Iron Defense comes.
Neither Bar 2 or 3 can hit you once with regular moves, but you can survive a sync on Bar 3 with about 20% hp left which is what happened here. You use her B-move on Bar 3 and kill it before Regirock syncs twice and kills you. For that reason you must time circle uses well
Regirock can NEVER flinch you. One flinch and the run is pretty much dead.
Skill gears were used, shown at the end, and are completely necessary and I'm pretty sure the passives matter too. Maybe 20/20 without cake can be done, but I highly doubt it
Lucky Skill: Vigilance (Regirock has many crit moves next and if one connects her defense get lowered). Maybe Stoic 2 could work but I don't want to try it
