I love how Phoebe reads to you Josh! My partner reads to me on occasion still after 14 years, not as much now that we have 2 teenagers running around. There is something so peaceful about it! I hope one day she will read to me while sailing as well. All the best to you guys, your smashing it!
Thanks so much for the comment! I'm glad he enjoys being read to as well. It makes it even better when there's characters with different accents 😂 Hope you can get out on the water soon and have a story read to you! Phoebe
Oh mate, I had to go back and see what you were talking about! Can't believe I missed it, hopefully you and the two others that liked this comment were the only ones to pick it up hahahah - Phoebe
PTA, you're lucky you made it out alive Pheobe. Good fun. One step closer to current posts. You two are eating like kings now that you are harvesting from the sea. People just taking what they need to survey every couple days is not a problem.
Lovin the GPS co-ordnances, I can look up on my Navionics to see where it is / where you are That lobster looked like it was going to be nice treat. And don't get me started on the bilge alarm & bathroom button scenes 😎😎 Till next time 🙏 ❤ P.S. Watching Jasper atm 🙏
That bilge alarm hand signals Phoebe 🤣 y'all realize the karma from that was the fear of having to pinch a loaf after one's already been dropped head issue 😅glad you were able to figure it out Josh.
Very nice- yep, toilet on the boat is a pain. I’m going to go with a composte style I think- no thru hull no water and just dump it when you are offshore or take the compost to an island or trash. I guess… good job fixing stuff. Happy for you both! Keep getting the experience. My boat is a C&C 1975 33 Mk1 racer cruiser. Staying on it right now actually doing some inside work in the rain and cold of Portland Oregon. Looking forward to more adventures- Cheers 🎉🎉
G'day people. Love the intro music. Love your channel. Love the content. Love you guys, and the enthusiasm you project. Um have I said I love your channel.? 😂 Well I do. Btw I've made sailing mates from over here aware of your channel too. I guess it's up to them whether they follow through. Hey if you decide to take a trip over here, anywhere in the south, would be great to catch up. Just remember, the Tasman can get pretty gnarly for you if you haven't done your research. Anyway thanks for another great episode. Don't stop uploading. Atb from across the ditch. Take care.
This comment is awesome! We appreciate the love, my friend. We'll be a while off sailing down your way...it was only recently we were raising the main before the heady 😂 but as always, the good times are ahead. Cheers, Phoebe
For future, use the dinghy to drop a stern anchor and then use it to pull the stern around so the bow faces the swell when you have a rolly anchorage like that, nothing worse than getting the swell beam on at anchor.
This episode showed your colours somewhat-very entertaining and good diversity. Liked the little innuendos, humour, and affection, Also the classy video work. Quite an upswing from the last goof ball episode, which was entertaining. 🙃
the last episode was...interesting. always learning 😂 but many good times ahead! thank you for the feedback, it's great to hear that you're enjoying them! - Phoebe
Tip for taking down the spinnaker pole: Head up a little trimming the pole, jib sheet aft. The jib will turn inside out. Quickly release the pole sheet and pull in the other sheet so you end up two sail reaching with the main and jib on the same side. Take down the pole that now has a slack sheet through it. You can reverse these steps to pole the jib out. 😀
Hey Greg! Appreciate the concern for our wellbeing, we're a little behind in our videos and are now safely in an anchorage down south. Josh is keen for the swell that's coming, thats for sure! Cheers, Phoebe
hey Gary! Thank you mate, it's so heartwarming for us to have so many people reach out about it. We're very aware of what's heading our way. Thankfully for us (not for YT) we're behind in our videos and are down south and safe now. Appreciate it! - Phoebe
I had to laugh at your barefoot comments like yourself I am a barefoot aficionado and have taught barefoot running principles and natural form movement. When I see these perfectly manicured feet in videos from barefoot people I roll my eyes… cos as you say at any given time I have skin off my toes, ingrained dirt and cracked heels 😂😂😂
Just did a little research on this, BIG reddit thread about it. Apparently it's been ongoing for a couple of years now. YT is not functioning like the Google platform that it should that's for sure. Regardless, we're happy to see you back here. Thanks for the sub!
Ants, crabs, spiders, OCTOPUS! Let's be grateful that they are the size that they are, and that we never take lightly our responsibility to look after these special little creatures. Cheers, Marty! - Phoebe

Rated 12/10 for the surprise shot in the bathroom. Never enjoyed seeing a toilet fixed before today. Lol 😮

Good times with a roll. You know Josh is catching more fish by not fishing! Who woulda thunk. Cheers.
You are a wonderful couple, enjoy the beautiful ocean. Phoebe is divine!

Lemme tell you, Michael...the shitter was definitely not graced with beauty once I was finished with it 😂 - Phoebe

A favorite quote from the Canadian Maritimes " A Boat Is A Hole In The Water That You Pour Money Into " enjoy and have fun
That's gold! Definitely remembering that one. Thanks for watching, Jon :) - Phoebe
What are you guys doing for Cyclone safety. Another great vid btw. You guys bare awesome

Juan and Julia rocks
hello! are you referring to Julian rocks in Byron?
@4:30 Bilge alarm right on bed time, well that sucks, and Phoebe looks a little over dressed for dealing with those sort of issues 😉
Our bilge is important, but can't pick the right moment sometimes 😂 but hey, that's boat life!
Cyclone warning!!

Sailing is constantly fixing your boat no matter where you are
ain't that the truth! so worth it though ;)

life is better spent barefoot, but it comes at a price...a price I'm willing to pay! 😂 thanks for the comment, guys. - Phoebs
WTF, your channel too. UA-cam has been unsubscribing me from heaps of channels I follow! Messed up. Re-subbed!
