- The Espresso Martini has been making a comeback recently in popularity. This World Famous Vodka Cocktail, usually calls for Fresh espresso, but not everyone has a fancy espresso machine. In this video I show you Two Different ways to make An Espresso Martini WITHOUT Espresso!
The Espresso Martini was originally created by Dick Bradsell in London, and has been a staple ever since. A great blend of Coffee and Vodka, it is definitely one of the most popular cocktails out there.
Espresso Martini Recipe
----------------------
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Coffee Liqueur
1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Shake and double strain.

Hi Lui, great to see you again doing a full length video. I do have an Espesso maker and my favourite, which may work just as well with Cold Brew Coffee, is the Boombox Espresso Martini. 40ml Irish Whiskey, 25ml Coffee Liqueur (Mr Blacks), 25ml Espresso, 10ml Maple Syrup. Shake with ice & double strain. It is frothy and lovely, more to it than the basic. Nick from York

Got this recipe from Drink Trade and it's gotta be my favorite espresso martini variation I've tried. Right up your alley!
Bangarang Espresso Martini
1 oz silver cachaca
1 oz espresso
1/2 oz Amaro Averna
1/2 oz vanilla syrup
2 dashes chocolate bitters
2 dashes lavender bitters

I've done my Espresso Martinis with rum for quite some time now and one of my favourite choices is the Coruba Carta Blanca - not expensive and works really well.

LUI!!!! Great video!!! I definitely don't have a $4000 machine!!! Ive been looking for a way to make this without Espresso. I WILL be using vanilla vodka in mine!!! I WILL try rum in it too!!!! I WILL stop putting WILL in all caps!!! CHEERS!!!!

my girlfriend and I love kitchen gadgets which for me extends into bar gadgets and she just got an espresso machine cuz she's a caffeine addict. so fortunately I do have an espresso machine. these look sick gotta try the rum one.

Good ideas. I’m surprised you didn’t sub a blanco tequila. I’m sure you’re familiar with Patron XO coffee liqueur that has a tequila base. It’s very tasty.

@@Lui_Fern - I went to three liquor stores here in Ohio today and all of them had substantial stock of the Patron XO, so it must have been very recently discontinued. Unfortunately, St. George's is not available in Ohio and we are not allowed to have "spiritous liquors" shipped to our homes from out of state because of Ohio's liquor laws.

we may not have an expresso machine, but your restaurant does right ? So if we came by you'd make us a real one--not some knock off right. LOL. Just kidding. Not a huge coffee lover. But thanks for the vid. I may try the first one.
We actually don't have an espresso machine here haha no space. The restaurant and bar are tight for space as it is. But yes! Give this one a shot!
