I love how you make it stress free and break it down. When anyone starts out cooking it can be overwhelming and it's easy to get caught on the details for fear of ruining the dish. So I finally made this recipe for the first time for me and my fiancé.... this pasta damn near brought a tear to my man’s eyes. The truffle oil, the dry vermouth, the bacon, the garlic. My fiancé and I are total foodies, and some of our favorite memories are spent in the kitchen or around the table with the people we love most. Small tip. It take salt water longer to boil. Put the salt in once its boiling then add the pasta. Love you and Jaclyn!! Love food. Can't wait to make all of your recipes!!
