Thanks Kendra 🧡 I think it’s easier to implement new exercise and mental health plans in summer maybe because the sun makes you feel more positive, but I tend to eat healthier in winter - I’m not sure why 🧐 Maybe it’s having filling hot breakfasts like porridge and healthy soups!
