My story is that I'm British and Serb and have both passports(Serbia is not on the list). I was trying to get an answer from the Russian consulate in Serbia as to whether I can apply from there, but neither my Russian nor my Serb language skills were adequate for conversing with them. So I was emailing them but couldn't get a definitive answer as to whether I can apply from Serbia as a Brit. I was also contacting the Russian consulates in the UK and neither Edinburgh or London could answer my question with certainty. So, now I am here in the UK for Christmas and have made an application at the London consulate but they are taking a long time to give me an appointment, they don't answer the phone and barely answer emails. I'm disappointed to learn that it could take weeks to get my visa, especially since it looks like it could take weeks to even get an appointment. If I don't get an appointment soon at London, I will either make an appointment in Edinburgh(where they answer correspondence very quickly), or it seems from your video that I'll be able to get my visa in Serbia where it will be cheaper and probably quicker. Merry Christmas
Do you have any idea how many foreigners have always lived in Russia? Scots, English, Irish, French, Italians, Spaniards, Portuguese. Germans, Swiss, Serbs, Poles... They were all subjects of the Russian Empire, they all settled here, many have the graves of their ancestors here. A whole dynasty of foreigners lived, worked and served Russia well. Many of them have monuments in Russia.
@@NonWokeBlokeone of them was Mikhail Barclay de Tolly, a great Russian commander during the Russo-Turkish War and the Patriotic War of 1812. He was awarded various military awards. He was of Scottish-German descent.
Dude, €210 is $217. From the USA 🇺🇸 point of view that’s a bargain for just one month, never mind three. In any case, Russia 🇷🇺 will never be for me unless it’s between May and September because I’m a warm climate person and I don’t like the cold weather. I’m in Northern California and I can’t wait for March. And even if I wanted to go to Russia 🇷🇺 now I can’t because my credit cards won’t work there because of the goddamned sanctions even though I’d like to improve my Russian and rude the Trans Siberian Railway (Транс-Сиб). Hint: one the things that I miss most from Spain 🇪🇸 is RENFE.
You might be right. As for money to spend here, check out some of my other videos. Dollars or crypto could be the way forward for you. Thank you for your comment.
@@NonWokeBloke They just ripped you off for the insurance. On Russian sites it costs 50-60 bucks for three months. But in your case it's worth buying a whole year for 220 dollars. And as soon as you get your residence permit, you will have free access to the state health care system at the same level as a Russian citizen.
@@ibrahimtouman2279 Is it legal though, cant you get in trouble for using VPN? Only site that worked for me was RuTube and I couldnt understand much since all the content was Russian and Im just starting to learn the language
I'm predominately targeting Westerners who are fed up with the crazy nonsense politics of the West. It seems to me that UA-cam is my best bet to reach that audience.
I think that are still legal so long as they are not being used to access banned content. As far as I am aware UA-cam is throttled meaning it is slow to load etc, that doesn't mean banned and so it follows that using a VPN to access it is still legal. But these are my speculations and I cannot vouch for my own accuracy.

Very useful information. Can you explain more about how much money you can transfer and How? Thank you!
Are you referring to crypto or the currency companies...the answer is huge sums of money.

В России тоже есть южные города. Рассмотрите Краснодарский край. Но все равно там есть несколько дней зимы😊
There are places with warm climate in the southern part of Russia

Are you worried that UA-cam might get blocked 100%?
YT can still be accessed in Russia using VPN.. anyway, Russia has its own alternatives to YT, such as VK, Dzen, & RuTube

That would be a great shame. I'd be more worried about what that means for freedom rather than worried about my channel.
