Yep. Several different ways to solve it. With different pros and cons. You can also just have a finer beam of a different roof material going just in front of the wall below the roof hiding the gaps.
I never thought to make a wall of roof tiles to solve that problem... I usually either double up the roof or just make a huge wall O'window/fencing if I'm to lazy to double up...great ideas as always
@@Ketmo785 That's kind of you; but no... they don't. I have been encorporating some of your techniques in my build though. I added an inner wall for my house so it has a better look than than the wooden outside wall (the one that looks like a log cabin)
I hope one day we get to have a block that creates vines on all walls wherever we want. Another thing I would like to see is some kind of glass roof/wall so we can make greenhouses. I mean, we have a farmer! It makes sense to have a greenhouse.

Hi. Unfortunately it would be a lot of work to make a schematic, time that I don't have right now. During the summer I have a lot less time for gaming and making videos so I will probably even struggle to get videos out at all until after summer. I have made a few videos about other games lately but I for sure will get back to Enshrouded and when I do I'll keep the suggestion of a build guide of the base house in mind. I'm sorry I can't make any promises. This is a late night hobby after my kids have gone to bed so time for gaming and videomaking can sometimes be very much lacking.

Thank you. Not sure I understand what you mean with pre build. Like I did using one material first and then work on detail? If that is the case then I think it is a good process in general to get the rough shapes down first with little effort and then work on detail and materials once you get a general idea of where everything should be. A little bit like painting and making a sketch before adding all the detail and colour.
Thank you. Yep, as others also have suggested, double roof works to. And you don't even have to do double roof for the whole roof. You can just ad the existing roof as an extra layer between the gabel and the roof in the "holes"

You can also put another layer of roof on top of the existing roof to hide the walls sticking out.

I just add a single roof tile beneath the roof to link to the tiered wall.
