Ghee Bleasdale ... thanks for watching! There's many versions of this dish, not sure where exactly it originated from but I'm from northern Laos, Muang Sing.
ThunderLaoKATng Nice to know you dear, originally I was hailed from Penang, Northern island of Malaysia. Which is only 3 and a half hours to the Thai border. Currently living in Perth, Western Australia for almost 30years. I always love n enjoy Thai food as my both late grandmoms and mom were from Phuket.
+chanpheng6 sorry for the late reply.. just now seeing your comment!! Anyway, thanks for watching my video. Hope you had a chance to try this recipe! :-)
Left-over fish, at least to me, never appears very appetizing the next day. This looks like a great way to use it up. I had never heard of those mushrooms before, I will look for them. Thanks for another great video. :)
+BudoVaj thanks for watching! To make seafood kapoon would be the same recipe as this video. Just add your favorite seafood (crab, shrimp, fish, mussels, clams etc.) :-)
