  • Welcome back guys, I know these workouts are a bit out of order but we are getting them done and giving our all on each one!
    This workout was one I was definitely nervous for, it had high volume Strict Handstand pushups and high volume double unders which have been a weakness in the past.
    The standard we were held accountable to for the handstand box was a difficult one for me because of my height. I was pumped to hold these reps unbroken and miss no double unders!
    Big personal win for me, I think it ended up being a top 200 score so I am pumped with that!
    Still got a long way to go with these movements but we have made some serious progress over the last year.
    Here is the workout!
    For total time:
    3 rounds of:
    10 strict handstand push-ups
    10 dumbbell hang power cleans
    50 double-unders
    Rest exactly 1 min., then:
    3 rounds of:
    10 kipping handstand push-ups
    10 dumbbell shoulder-to-overheads
    50 double-unders
    (50-lb. dumbbells)
    Time cap: 10 min.
