Hmm thanks for the combo, so from looking at the replays the key point would you say to stopping this combo is the cyberstein? or is there any point that you would say is a particular sore point as well?
Depends on the HT. If they have D.D. Crow then they can banish anything to disrupt any activation from GY. Ash is useless because it's once per turn and can be baited easily with this full gas build. It's recommended to play Prohibition or Sales Ban to counter Imperm. Those cards make the deck less consistent though. I'd say the other choke point is Gigant X because it's rare to open with Stein.
The matches were all recorded in ranked. But it'll be hard to go beyond Platinum since you'll need to win 4 times in row. FTK strategy is the only way to beat Tears consistenly without running their counters after all, and this deck is the best in terms of consistency.
Any chance you could make an ancient warriors deck or grave keepers and just make it as consistent as possible with whatever cards you think are best as your decks seem so smart and good
Hmm I don't have any experience for both decks, but it seems like there are many ways to reliably search Necrovalley. Ancient Fairy Dragon immediately comes to my mind. You can easily Summon it along with a Field Spell with either the Dragunity or Crusadia Engine. I'll try learning them first, hopefully it won't take too long. XD
@@GoriCHAD haha honestly don’t think any deck would take u too long lol, with both the meta decks are a pain, ancient warriors does so well to a certain point where they have so many negates u can’t bait any out anymore lol
@@JustSpecialOnes Haha yeah it's troublesome to play against decks that are able to do so many actions. My cheese against unbreakable boards has always been playing tons of going 2nd cards or just FTK altogether. Hand traps requires the ability to read your opponent's hand, and it's very difficult against smart opponents. Going 2nd decks haven't been doing well with how easy meta decks are in rebuilding their boards, even in the same turn they're broken. Also, there are limits of how certain archetypes can be upgraded. Drytron works really well because it's very compact, has a great Level and Typing, and easy to generate advantages from being able to play from GY on top of all those. But there are archetypes that took too many resources for nothing impressive. That's why I stopped playing some archetypes that I liked a lot. There're reasons why previously strong meta decks went extinct even without any hit from the ban list. XD
@@GoriCHAD honestly sick of seeing tearlaments 😂 caught me off guard when I came against 2 eldlich decks back to back lmao close to beating both but they came back lol
@@JustSpecialOnes Yeah, I felt the same way, that's why I've been staying in Gold since Tears. I did craft a copy-pasted Tear because I like the Visas lore cards, but too lazy too play it since it's impossible not to meet them within 5 matches. It's kind of boring man, we already knew their kits, we know how to win, but we don't have the cards we need in hand/GY so we can't win. XD This meta made me play 3 D.D. Crows, and it also caught me off guard when I met decks that won't be hurt by it. Thankfully, I can see the ban list finally hitting Tears next month, because every harsh ban list will always be after Duelist Cup, and this WCS Qualifier is literally Duelist Cup. Hopefully the new Kashtira meta will be less boring. :D
Depends, but in general the optimized version will help you win more often because it's super consistent, almost impossible to brick. The one with staples allows you win against stronger decks easier, but bricks more often.
I'm expecting this kind of comment. It's explained in the video. This deck never go 2nd unless your opponent bricks. You can still win going 2nd if you're smart enough to outplay your opponent. But in general, waiting for your opponents to finish their 10 minutes unbreakable board combo is a waste of time. Just surrender and move on to your next victim. You can get up to 2 wins from the time you saved. :D
Well, if you don't mind spending at least 3000 gems, then yes. Just craft Alpha, and then pull the Drytron Secret Pack until you get at least 1 of the target URs. Turn the other unneeded URs into dust to craft the rest of the URs. Or just wait for the new Duel Pass for those free dusts. XD

6. Pick Meteonis from GY > Reduce Gamma's Attack by 1000
7. Ritual Summon 2nd Buster (with Meteonis) > Use Mu's Material
8. XYZ Summon Gigant X (Overlay 2 Busters) > Search Stein
9. Special Summon Theseus with Stein (-5000 LP)
10. Synchro Summon Power Tool (Theseus + 2 Drytrons) > Search Charging Cell
11. Link Summon Reprodocus (Gigant X + Mu) > Change Stein to Psychic > Equip Charging Cell
12. Special Summon Nightingale with Stein
13. Link Summon 2nd Reprodocus (Nightingale + Reprodocus)
14. Special Summon 2 Doom Kings > Tribute Them to Special Summon Starving Venom > Copy Nightingale > Burn 4000
