Reasons I love cyber dragons the deck came out since GX era and it can still run with the big boys but like every deck all comes down to what u draw u drew the 1 card u need cyber E
I'm just happy to see a pure Machine deck beat Drytrons spamming Fairy meta cards. Great bait with the backrow when your hand bricked near the end; meta slaves don't know how bluffing works, lol.
I take pride in just having fun with cards and decks I like rather than meta chasing. Getting a win against one of the best decks in the game like this is just pure bliss lol. A lot of people have forgotten the ways of old with backrow bluffs. Baiting out the Lightning Storm was crucial. That being said, I don't think I would have won with my Magent Warrior deck 😅
@@ZERO4 yugioh now a days is kind of like watching someone play solitare you dont get to play u just get to watch as they summon their entire deck and lock down any dreams you have of summoning cards
A proper back and forth duel, nice. Kudos for that Drytron player for not being a one trick phony, but in the end he overplayed. Could have just summon Nightingale with 4 materials.
@@League____ referring to Drytron player who only know to turbo the disco ball and scooped when their opponent actually able to deal with it. I like Drytorn archetype and engine and I think their own boss monster is a proper boss monster, but many only use it as disco ball turbo without plan B.

Second turn is usually just getting either Drytron Meteonis Quadrantids or grinding a bit more for a turn 5 kill. Anyway the point is, he played horribly so he might not have known it was lost. I'll usually not scoop unless they banish the Metonis Drytron because this is the only way to win with this deck (and zeus)
As a Cyber Dragon player. I felt the set-pass brick also. Sadly, our lives depends on how much luck is on our side if you're having a terrible day (almost always)
@@jevilundertale2860 the thing about the deck is that you make what you need. So the perfect combination is whatever it is you need in that turn. Typically though, having Infinity and Sieger on the field at the same time is my go-to. Infinity has 2 useful effects and sieger can buff any of your monsters if attacked

I haven't dueled against Drytrons until this duel, so was caught completely off guard by the combos it can pull off just from the grave and so little cards in hand. The negates and field building from that deck really is quite impressive
There do be some hard counters to cybers in Plat. Herald of Ultimateness is very annoying to play around as it requires you to sacrifice cards sometimes like in the video. I had to overextend my play just to get it off the field ASAP. I'm sure you know the feeling

He can only activate Heralds effect if he has fairy cards to discard in hand, he didn't have any. Sieger can still activate his effect to defend against Zeus attack, and with no cards in hand, Sieger would swing over Zeus on my turn. So he chose to wipe the field to get rid of Sieger. Unfortunately for him, heart of the cards came to my rescue with that trap card 😎
Only punkasses use the ritual spell card of "Meteonis Drytron" to ritual summon any ritual monster, and non-punkasses use it to ritual summon a "Drytron Ritual Monster".
Yes I know. I was trying to play it safe and not ovetextend. First duel vs drytrons, didn't know how the deck worked till after the duel. Didn't know it can just do a comeback off nothing

It really did come down to the heart of the cards with a harrowing 8 turn race to draw something to play 😰
