Posted on the 32nd anniversary of the broadcast. While promoting the film STAR TREK VI, actress/model IMAN was interviewed on the December 12th 1991 airing of the ARSENIO HALL SHOW. Much of the discussion centered around being engaged to DAVID BOWIE and the effects upon her life that relationship imparted. A very enterprising woman and still attractive today. Her discussing Ndebele women: the Ndebele art in South Africa has, like so many traditions worldwide, become mainly a tourist attraction. In the past Ndebele women used to wear bead work on their necks (thus elongation the neck) and their legs. This is hardly ever seen nowadays and not part of the modern lifestyle.
