The wife and i spent a week in Mt Magnet and a week in Cue prospecting found some nuggets and met some really nice people. A great place to visit in Cue is the Cue heritage museum next to the police station.. say hi to the curator Mrs Sandra Box she is very friendly knowledgeable and will always guide you in the right direction to place of interest in the area..

(Probably because we left Perth for Geraldton and I detoured via Mount Magnet....) She made me drive to Geraldton that night. If I had the gold detector gear then, I could've told her we were there to get rich! How do you find the bolt-on out-rigger mirrors on the Prado?
I just watched steelphase, it's a audio booster. But in the video it gives a great run down on how metal detector works and the filters. Which helps in setting selection

Yes, the screw on mirrors are awesome, only had blow backs 2 or 3 times
