I was pumped when I got offered a permanent 25 hour per week contract with the Royal Mail a few years ago- only to be told when I started working that it was part time hours spread over 5 days. I left after 3 weeks, it’s a shame new staff are bought in to basically pay off the old employees’ generous contracts and working conditions we’d never get for ourselves.
The manager being nice makes the workplace a better place does it?? I realised that putting one foot in front of the other helps me to walk to we’re I want to go! And if I talk to someone whilst looking at me, they listen and respond! How amazing lmao
I wish my office was run like this one the managers dont lishen to anybody and they are a bunch off idiots and i am sick to death when i come back after my day off delivering 2days mail 😂
Why is it not possible to copy and paste any info into to the online claim form? Addresses, eBay item numbers etc. NOTHING can be copied and pasted. In my opinion this is deliberately awkward so as to deflect claims. There is absolutely no other reason why this would be so so time consuming. I sold 5 magazines to the same buyer. I sent them all in the same package which Royal Mail lost. When I went to open a claim I found that only one eBay item number can be used per claim. So in order to get my money back I had to make 5 claims for one parcel which took over an hour. There is absolutely no excuse for not allowing the copying and pasting and there's no excuse for having to open 5 claims for one parcel. Royal Mail deliberately make the process as painful and time-consuming as possible. As far as I'm concerned the CEO should be fired. It should be user friendly but is far from it. I am astounded that they are allowed to get away with such devious tactics.
