A thousand thumbs up! I absolutely love this concept, and I sure do want one! Have you, or anyone else, experimented with using the kit parts as templates for making parts out of rigid foam board--to be coated in fiberglass in the same manner? I would think that having the foam board sandwiched in fiberglass would create a strong, insulated shell that would be much lighter than the plywood version. I just don't know if it would be strong enough. I know there are fiberglass teardrop campers in existence already, so I would think this would be doable. I desperately want something my Prius can haul without sacrificing fuel economy any more than necessary. I would love the opportunity to try it! What do you think?
Do the assembly mold and other pieces and parts come with the kit or I have to build them all by myshelf?

It looks like a second pair of hands or three is a good idea. Do you have a list of tools recommended for the build?

I assume the trailer isn't available /sold internationally? How do builders outside the US source a trailer to the correct specification for the completed camper; do you offer a plan for the trailer to allow local construction?

As for trailers, great pains were taken to make the Teardrop fit on just about any old small trailer. A flatbed, or boat trailer, that sort of thing. No serious problem-solving required by the builder.

What about AC. I live in the south . Screens for the doors or windows would be nice.
I've seen a lot of these with AC mounted in the storage box forward, and screens are easy to arrange.
