- In the two years since we posted a tour of CLC's factory, we've remodeled, added a new boatshop...and shipped more boat kits than at any point in our 30-year history. Owner John C. Harris walks us through the showroom, classroom, custom boatbuilding shop, production shop, and the rarely seen "Back Lot."
CLC manufactures wooden boat kits at this facility in Annapolis, Maryland, on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, not far from Baltimore and Washington, DC.

Thanks for the recent tour of your company. I think you are doing a great job and the offer is varied. Obviously you have come through the Corona period reasonably well. A difficult time for all of us. Now there is light at the end of the tunnel. Business may be picking up again now. I am already very curious about the further work on the Viking boat. I would have loved to visit you, but unfortunately I don't live near you, but in far away Germany. I wish you all the best for the future.

being poor and retired i have more time than money so looks like scratch build comeing up but you all might think about a stable small outboard floater in your kit line
Are there any ROUGH estimates on a completion date for the gislinge? Also, will you take volunteers to help with finishing it?
