I think one of the biggest reasons I enjoy Zombie movies so much is because say what you want about the guy but he can use music beautifully in a film. Midnight Rider in Devils Rejects when Otis and Baby escape. The Free Bird shootout. As you said Suzi Quatro as Baby is walking in slow motion. I actually discovered a lot of great artists I hadn’t heard of before through his soundtracks. Terry Reid rules.
I Enjoyed watching Rob Zombie 3 From Hell last year, definitely my Favorite Horror of film of 2019, really had fun seeing it, The Story Is entertaining, The Gore Awesome/ Violent, The Casts (R.I.P Sid Haig) are great, it has a Decent score, & A Very Badass! Finale. Rob Zombie 3 From Hell Is Very Underrated/ Fun Brutal film.
Review was spot on. You can tell this movie was rushed bc Mr Haig was sick and could not continue. So Rob did the best he could by adding in another character at the last minute. I had fun w this movie and I do think this is 1 of Sherri’s best performances. I really wish Sid could have been in the whole movie. Captain Spaulding is one of the most memorable characters in the last 10+yrs of horror.
I liked it more than I thought i would. I love love love house of a 1000 corpses. It will always be my fav of all of his movies I like devil's rejects. This is pretty good for it being something I didn't exactly ever want.

This was my favorite movie of 2019. I love it so much everything from Sid Haig to the Mexican cartel was all awesome. Not a dull moment to me. I didn't think this was the greatest movie of 2019 but it definitely was my favorite hi drumdams. Sorry I haven't commented on your videos. I’m gonna have to rewatch this. I really liked this movie. I saw this in the theater. It was a one time showing at one theater in my area and people were there from out of state to see it so it was literally a whole theater full of horror / zombie fans. That probably made it a bit more of a good time. People were cheering during the action scenes and when something funny would happen the whole crowd laughed. I definitely think the setting had an impact on my feelings toward the movie so I am going to have to inspect further. I do agree with the comments about Baby though. Thanks for the vid!
I couldn't finish this movie which is sad because I remember seeing The Devil's Rejects in theaters and it blew me away and I was obsessed over it for years. I watched that 4 hour making of his Halloween remake and watching him set up scenes or talking to the actors about what he wanted out of a certain scene and im thinking to myself "What the hell are you thinking?" So I think it's a combination of his writing and directing, he definitely needs to let someone do his writing and just direct a movie and then we will see if he is a good or bad director. Great review Lee, and one word "INCEPTION" ....... come on you know you want to, just please, end my 3rd year of begging you please lol. Keep up the great work, will always support the channel, oh and only a little under 8 months for more Halloween, can't wait!!!
Was an Ok movie, Just like all of Rob Zombie's movies i feel, Just Ok, Rest in Peace to Sid Haig and i recommend Spider Baby to you Lee, One of Sid's first movies, It is pretty twisted for a 60s movie
I really don't mind Rob Zombie's movies that much. I enjoyed the Firefly trilogy. Zombie may not be the best director and/or writer but the guy can create an "uneasy" atmosphere!
Also, I loved the first section of the film. It captured me enough to invest me in the film...tho...I feel it dropped off as the film went on. I still have my poster from seeing it opening night. It’s actually still sitting in my car. 😂✌🏻
Although Rob Zombie sometimes has serious flaws as a director, I love and have all his movies. You won't mistake a Rob Zombie movie for a movie by any other director. I liked 3 From Hell yet was also semi underwhelmed at times. Loved Dee Wallace as always! My biggest issue was isn't it supposed to be 1988? All the set design and costumes was still very 1970's. Did anyone else notice this? It wasn't a deal breaker but I wanted to see them clash w/the actual world of what 1988 was really like (Big hair Metal, Malls, acid wash, Gn'R, etc..) AND why couldn't Sebastian have lived on and been an adopted part of the family?! He and Baby had great chemistry and bonded! She could have used someone just like that to ground her and be there to talk to. She said he reminded her of Tiny. I think I liked Sebastian the most.

I'm not a big Rob Zombie fan but I did enjoy this one. Lords of Salem is actually my favorite of his movies and sometimes I think it just gets a bad rap because it's his least violent movie. I don't think a lot of people were expecting a cult horror movie.
The first two in the " Fire Fly Trilogy " are two of my favorite Horror movies . This third film was going to wrap that up , but the ending was left open since they lived . So it wouldn't be surprising if there was a fourth film .
Yess! Tubi tv is a damn good app!! 3 from Hell i had high hopes ..but unfortunately i didnt enjoy it at all mostly due to sids passing 😪. the 3rd act was pretty insane lol
I never watched "House of 1000 Corpses" so knowing "3 From Hell" was coming it was a good oportunity to watch "House..." and "Devil's Rejects" and i loved "House...." and enjoyed "Devil's Rejects" but "3 From Hell" to me was pointless and kind of enjoyed it but is not a movie i would watch again unlike "House..." or "Devil's Rejects" but what i think is that Sid Haig should have had a movie just for himself because Captain Spaulding was a terrific character and we didn't get too much from him so this was a miss opportunity for Rob Zombie, maybe "31" should have been a whole attraction made by Captain Spaulding because him and Doomhead, which was the best thing about "31", together would have been so good!

Clint Howard's clown scene is super bizarre, and all the funnier for it. I thought this was possibly the funniest movie Zombie has ever made. But when Otis says "I hate clowns" I'm not sure that really felt true to the character. I mean, how much could he really hate clowns when he was as close as he was to Captain Spaulding? Anywho, yeah, I enjoyed this a lot more than I had expected to.

I just finished watching 3 from Hell and it's a good movie and it's the last installment of the firefly trilogy and I really did love Sheri Moon Zombie in this movie she really did a great job too and she is so sexy as hell and gorgeous too she is and I'm a fan of her too and Richard Brake was great too and he been in Rob zombie films too and Dee Wallace was great too in this movie love her too as a actress and Jeff Daniels Phillips was great too in this movie and Bill Moseley was great too in this movie he plays Otis Driftwood and rip to Sid Haig he was great in this movie as a cameo and he was a good actor too and I really loved Heather Starship Galen she was in Halloween 2 2009 remake and she was naked in that movie just like she was in this movie and I really do love that actress too and she was also in Piranaha 3DD 2012 too a another sequel remake of the first Piranha movie that came out in 2010 and this is my favorite in the firefly trilogy of Rob Zombie and he really did a great job too ending this franchises and overall I'm gonna give 3 from Hell 2019 a 9.5/10 stars i really did enjoy this movie for what it could of been little bit longer though but that just me though in my opinions on this movie bro
i saw this movie on 4K since i got the steelbook for it and i do like the cover art of the 4k steelbook that i got from Best Buy not too long ago this year and there were only 2 copies left too and i got darn lucky that i was able to get my hands on this movie since i'm a fan of Rob Zombie and i do like his wife too Sheri Moon Zombie i think she is a talent actress and she always good in Rob Zombies movies no matter how bad they are i just love her as a actress in general but that just me though and you should definitely get the 4k steelbook i think you will be happy with that it looks so nice to look at and i think you will be impressed by the 4k steelbook drumdums brother

I still get optimistic about every new project he releases but there's always something left to be desired accompanied with frustrations.. Corpses: So-So. Rejects: Thumbs Up. Halloween: Liked it at first/Aged Badly. H2: Liked it at first/Still appreciate it mostly minus that bs ending with michael talking(Blasphemy). I tell you...I'm now convinced Zombie doesn't know what the attraction to Rejects was. The ending was perfect. It was done...then it goes the way of other horror movies. He could have easily done an 'Unholy Two' spin off and fans would have loved it. Instead, he brings back Trejo as a different character. Glad I didn't see it.
I’ve kinda given up on his movies. I don’t go out of my way to see them. Just too reductive and poorly written. I’d like to see him make a gothic horror film, something like Woman In Black or Crimson Peak. I’d like to see if he actually has chops to pull it off. All he seems interested in is trademark sleazy, grungy grindhouse.
I actually loved this movie not as touching as devil's rejects but i loved it it did tone down that rob zombie dialogue not as much as his previous films not a complete gorefest it is a fun movie
Haven't seen this one. Maybe i'll get to it soon enough. Not really a R.Zombie movie fan. Though i liked the screener for the first Halloween he did. Imo it was much better than the theatrical release. Not sure why so much was changed. I watched another Fulci flick on Tubi last night 'Conquest' Interesting to say the least haha. I usually just watch his horrors. If nothing else.. Once again, someone watching for the first time will most likely see things they haven't ever seen in cinema before.

This movie is trap on an island for me absolutely love this movie this is a baby Firefly movie I believe she kills 9 to 10 people in this I really love the cinematography in the final act
I love this movie, but it certainly suffered from re-writes. After Haig couldn’t film but the one scene, Zombie basically re-did the entire last 2/3 of the script and add the Wolfman half-brother. Overall I think the movie was highly enjoyable for fans of the series, but it could have been better if made like 5 years ago.
I did not recognise Dee Wallace at all in this I would have known it was her if I've not watched the credits was this one necessary? We needed a third movie but we got one anyway and it was OK yes Sid Haig God rest his soul.
I liked it it was better then 31..which is what I basically wanted it to be However It wasn't necessary at all devil's rejects ended so perfectly I believe he should of done a movie set in the same universe maybe have Winslow as the villain but keep the firefly family dead
I'm surprised to see a review for this! Personally House of 1000 corpses was rather mediocre, but the Devil's rejects grows on me everytime I watch it and I would consider it a masterpiece. 3 from hell wasn't exactly bad but I'm so upset about the reckoning of the ending of Devil's rejects 😔
Hi Lee. I thought the movie was just okay. My issue with it is that the poster and advance material all showed Sid Haig as part of the 3 quite predominantly. This includes the one sheet poster. Its misleading, and I felt it was marketed to suck Captain Spaulding fans into the theatre under false pretenses (money,money money Rob) Many movie fans didn't know that Sid Haig was too ill to actually appear in much of the movie and Rob was misleading in his trailers etc. Love H1 and H2 and Devil's Rejects but this move was pretty cheap of RZ

Yeah Rejects is a much better movie. This was like an addendum more than a sequel.

Given how awesome Brake's character in 31 was, I don't get why they simply couldn't have him play DoomHead in this.

I see so many negative reviews but I enjoyed it. I was entertained by it and at the end of the day that’s why I watch movies, to be entertained.

House of 1000 is one of my personal favorites.
I understand that Rob needed a hit, and Brake is a good fill, this project just probably shouldn’t have happened w/o Haig imo.
Overall, I’m a Zombie fan. However, this one was a bit boring for my taste.

Broken Lizard Actors, Kevin Smith's Same actors, AHS using same actors is what Rob does best! Not all home runs but still Excellent Movies!

I just finished watching 3 from Hell and it's a good movie and it's the last installment of the firefly trilogy and I really did love Sheri Moon Zombie in this movie she really did a great job too and she is so sexy as hell and gorgeous too she is and I'm a fan of her too and Richard Brake was great too and he been in Rob zombie films too and Dee Wallace was great too in this movie love her too as a actress and Jeff Daniels Phillips was great too in this movie and Bill Moseley was great too in this movie he plays Otis Driftwood and rip to Sid Haig he was great in this movie as a cameo and he was a good actor too and I really loved Heather Starship Galen she was in Halloween 2 2009 remake and she was naked in that movie just like she was in this movie and I really do love that actress too and she was also in Piranaha 3DD 2012 too a another sequel remake of the first Piranha movie that came out in 2010 and this is my favorite in the firefly trilogy of Rob Zombie and he really did a great job too ending this franchises and overall I'm gonna give 3 from Hell 2019 a 9.5/10 stars i really did enjoy this movie for what it could of been little bit longer though but that just me though in my opinions on this movie bro
i saw this movie on 4K since i got the steelbook for it and i do like the cover art of the 4k steelbook that i got from Best Buy not too long ago this year and there were only 2 copies left too and i got darn lucky that i was able to get my hands on this movie since i'm a fan of Rob Zombie and i do like his wife too Sheri Moon Zombie i think she is a talent actress and she always good in Rob Zombies movies no matter how bad they are i just love her as a actress in general but that just me though and you should definitely get the 4k steelbook i think you will be happy with that it looks so nice to look at and i think you will be impressed by the 4k steelbook drumdums brother
I'm with you DD. It's always a hit and miss proposition with RZ.. I still get optimistic about every new project he releases but there's always something left to be desired accompanied with frustrations..

I was disappointed that Rob didn't tie the story back to Dr. Satan. That could have made the storyline tie back to the original premise.

I tell you...I'm now convinced Zombie doesn't know what the attraction to Rejects was. The ending was perfect. It was done...then it goes the way of other horror movies. He could have easily done an 'Unholy Two' spin off and fans would have loved it. Instead, he brings back Trejo as a different character. Glad I didn't see it.
I seen that this is on Shudder now. I've added it to my playlist for later but... I don't know if I'll ever get to it.
I’ve kinda given up on his movies. I don’t go out of my way to see them. Just too reductive and poorly written. I’d like to see him make a gothic horror film, something like Woman In Black or Crimson Peak. I’d like to see if he actually has chops to pull it off. All he seems interested in is trademark sleazy, grungy grindhouse.

I actually loved this movie not as touching as devil's rejects but i loved it it did tone down that rob zombie dialogue not as much as his previous films not a complete gorefest it is a fun movie

Haven't seen this one. Maybe i'll get to it soon enough. Not really a R.Zombie movie fan. Though i liked the screener for the first Halloween he did. Imo it was much better than the theatrical release. Not sure why so much was changed.
I watched another Fulci flick on Tubi last night 'Conquest' Interesting to say the least haha. I usually just watch his horrors. If nothing else.. Once again, someone watching for the first time will most likely see things they haven't ever seen in cinema before.

I love this movie, but it certainly suffered from re-writes. After Haig couldn’t film but the one scene, Zombie basically re-did the entire last 2/3 of the script and add the Wolfman half-brother. Overall I think the movie was highly enjoyable for fans of the series, but it could have been better if made like 5 years ago.

I did not recognise Dee Wallace at all in this I would have known it was her if I've not watched the credits was this one necessary? We needed a third movie but we got one anyway and it was OK yes Sid Haig God rest his soul.

I'm surprised to see a review for this! Personally House of 1000 corpses was rather mediocre, but the Devil's rejects grows on me everytime I watch it and I would consider it a masterpiece. 3 from hell wasn't exactly bad but I'm so upset about the reckoning of the ending of Devil's rejects 😔
I like the majority of RZ's films. The only exceptions are House Of A 1000 Corpses and Lords of Salem. This is a distant third.

Hi Lee. I thought the movie was just okay. My issue with it is that the poster and advance material all showed Sid Haig as part of the 3 quite predominantly. This includes the one sheet poster. Its misleading, and I felt it was marketed to suck Captain Spaulding fans into the theatre under false pretenses (money,money money Rob) Many movie fans didn't know that Sid Haig was too ill to actually appear in much of the movie and Rob was misleading in his trailers etc.
Love H1 and H2 and Devil's Rejects but this move was pretty cheap of RZ
