A few months ago she tried to target Baldoni for fatshaming her, which turned out him asking for her weight because he has back problems. Blake.....girl.... Funny how the formal lawsuit filed is about “ emotional distress “ and not the SH and smear campaign she brought out in the complaint. She is viewed as a marginal actress, nepo baby, rude to costars and interviewers, had a weddding at a slave plantation, mocked princess kate, allegedly having an adulterous affair with Ryan, her business ventures were poor, and she is just overall tone deaf. The idea that her hair care line failed because of justin and pr is laughable. Customers hated her haircare line because it damaged their hair and she isnt known for having good hair. There are a ton of bad reviews on targets website and even on youtube about the line and people were returning the product because it was bad quality and overpriced. It is delusional that she believed she was well liked before this movie. She was not and William Morris, hollywood, Ryan reynolds and her pr team having been trying to shove her on to the public and the public is saying they dont like her or her acting.

Blake couldn't file at the State level, she had to let them look at her complaint first and was obligated to try to work it out first, so when he sued the NYT and promised more to come, she panic filed at the Federal level or at least claims she did. We need to see the official court documents that show she filed the complaint at the State level when she claims she did and not later when she realize JB was suing, or not at all. We have no evidence she did anything she's claiming to have done and I don't know why she would have done those things because increasingly the evidence is supporting the things she claimed were not true. From the beginning, I had the sense BL and RR never wanted this to go down the legal route because that would expose the things Blake said that are not true. They dominated the production through intimidation and throwing their weight around and dominating behavior, so why would they think they couldn't still keep doing that and using their power and money to get away with it? Anyway, we need to see official documents with dates and we can move forward from there.
